Two of the rooms' usable area is increased by balconies, and the group members have access to more than simply bed-only rooms thanks to a wraparound porch, a large lobby, and a living room. The Historical Yolanda Ranch home was built in 1870 by George Cobbs, with Stamp and Gilbert as designers and contractors. The home cost $10,000 to construct which included 2 coats of paint, paperwork shows that in 1960 1 coat of paint for the whole house cost $3,000. Byron Jackson was the original owner of the 160 acres who decided upon grapes and fruit growing, and laid the foundation for the present extensive horticultral enterprise. Byron Jackson was the inventor of the centrifugal pump, he sold the ranch to George Hecke in 1905 to pursue his pump buisness in San Francisco. Goerge Hecke was Born in England where he studied horticulture. Leila Hecke, daughter of George Hecke married Charles Hardy and together they ran the ranch for many years. Charles Hardy was Yolo Countys Agricultural Commissioner in 1930 -1963. The Broward Family purchase the Ranch in 1990, where they have been establishing strong roots. The 3rd generation has recently begun to enjoy the surrounding of the beautiful property! Jamee Lynne and her husband were the 1st of many couples to be married on the gorgeous property in 2005. With a shared vision, Gavin Newsom, Gordon Getty and John Conover imagined the addition of a complementary estate vineyard to the valley floor terroir of their Oakville estate at PlumpJack Estate Winery. In 2005, that dream came to fruition in the form of a 54-acre estate, elevated high above the fog line, on the dramatic slopes of Howell Mountain – it would become CADE Estate Winery. Given the opportunity to build the winery from the ground up, Newsom, Getty and Conover were committed to constructing a state-of-the-art winery that would pay tribute to the land, both aesthetically and ecologically. This commitment would go above and beyond the standard benchmark of environmental responsibility, especially in the world of wine. The end goal, to construct the first CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers) organically farmed, LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Certified Estate Winery in the Napa Valley.

Historic Oakdale Ranch is a family-owned working farm set on 400 acres at the gateway to the Capay Hills, near Esparto in Northern California. Operating continuously since 1852, the property offers an authentic, secluded setting characterized by a sprawling barn, a two-acre pond, walnut orchards, and native grasses — a world away from the city. The ranch accommodates up to 250 guests across several outdoor and covered event spaces: a half-acre event lawn bordered by orchards and framed by the pond, a 4,800-square-foot barn that serves as both a reception venue and a weather-backup ceremony site, and a gazebo available for ceremonies. Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests are provided on-site, with additional rentals available. Hannah Nicole is a place where farming and winemaking are intertwined. In our opinion, quality wine begins with high-quality grapes grown in a well-managed vineyard. Our winemaking is focused on retaining that quality throughout the winemaking process while also producing wines that are real and fascinating for both wine specialists and newbies to the world of wine. Sustainable farming practices are used on our 54-acre vineyard, with a significant emphasis placed on minimizing environmental effect and increasing biodiversity. KG Vineyard Management and John Derr Vineyard Consulting provide guidance on all aspects of vineyard management for us. We like to work by hand, and we prefer to work slowly and meticulously in order to avoid any significant mechanical influence on the vines. It is important to handle irrigation carefully, and many blocks are dry farmed in order to slow maturity and increase concentration. Our vineyard is planted with all red Bordeaux varietals, as well as Grenache and Mourvedre for some Rhone Spirit and some new world Petite Sirah. We also have a little amount of Cabernet Sauvignon. The white varietals grown on the land include our world-renowned Sauvignon Blanc as well as Viognier. Hannah Nicole Vineyards is the ideal location to host your next private or business event or gathering. In order to accommodate both large and small parties, we provide a wide choice of friendly and pleasant venues. The Osher Marin Jewish Community Center (Osher Marin JCC) is a full-service community and event venue set on the Lonee C. Hoytt Jewish Campus at 200 North San Pedro Road in San Rafael, California. Founded in 1948, the center occupies an 80,000-square-foot facility and has served Marin County for over seven decades as a gathering place for people of all ages and backgrounds. The JCC's event spaces accommodate gatherings from intimate receptions to large-scale celebrations. The signature Hoytt Theater seats up to 275 guests at tables or 400 in theater-style configuration. Smaller spaces — including the Kurland Lounge, Pell Atrium, and Isaacs Gallery — host gatherings of 30 to 70 guests, while the outdoor Upper Courtyard seats up to 90 guests and accommodates 200 in a standing layout. We rent our large Ivy and tree-lined venue to support that purpose by hosting a variety of outstanding events. Our entire location is 6000 square feet and contains a cafe, full commercial kitchen, conference room for additional preparation space, and a big outside patio with gentle hanging lights, ideal for larger seated meals and parties. This rental is for the entire downstairs space, as well as our upstairs office, which can be used as a staging/dressing room. Seated - 175 guests, Standing - 400 guests. Weddings, dancing, birthday and graduation parties, offsite company meetings, picture shoots, live music (always welcome until 10pm), and local beer and wine are just a few of the events we have held.
