Lillian Farms Country Estate sits on 230 acres of rolling hills in Texas's Bluebonnet Country, on land that was once a cotton plantation, between Houston and Austin near Washington-on-the-Brazos State Park and the towns of Chappell Hill and Brenham. The Estate House combines the architecture of a Victorian-style mansion with modern comforts, offering five traditional bed & breakfast guest rooms, each with a private en suite bath and a full breakfast served every morning in the main dining room. For more privacy, the property's self-catering cottages sit near the edge of its woods; seven have private hot tubs, and all include full kitchens and grills. The grounds include a 14-acre stocked fishing lake with a pier and fountain, fire pits, and a resident population of miniature ponies, donkeys, deer, and other wildlife. An electric vehicle charging station is available on site, and guests can arrange an in-room or spa-room massage. Following the State of Texas guidelines for safety during the Corona Virus outbreak is strongly recommended for all guests and patrons attending Miller's Creek Rustic Events. Located on an 8-acre property, Miller's Creek Rustic Events features a beautiful country footprint with flowers, walking trails, lighted trees and other amenities such as a farm-style gazebo, a decorated red barn, and a small grape vineyard. Wedding tables, round tables (with linens), wedding chairs, various styles of furniture, an indoor/outdoor bar and patio with special lighting, as well as a variety of other accessories are included in the rental of this barn. Simply provide your catered food and beverages, and you will have a memorable event for both you and your guests to remember. We make every effort to keep our venue as reasonably priced as possible in order to make event planning as affordable and stress-free as possible. When you book your event with us, we require a $500 deposit and will provide you with an easy monthly payment plan after you sign the contract. The structure itself is a breathtaking architectural masterpiece in which to marry the love of your life. The Atrium Center is a striking red-brick structure with tall white columns supporting it. These stunning fixtures flank the entrance to the Atrium, a vast room with 20-foot windows that flood the space with natural light. Step outside onto two decks that overlook a pond and fountain after saying "I do" in this light and large venue. Before dinner, these open-air terraces are ideal for sipping cocktails and enjoying hors d'oeuvres. Inside, a staircase leads to the second story, where smaller rooms are available for cooking the reception feast and getting ready with the wedding party. The Barnhill Center is located in Downtown Brenham, Texas, at the Historic Simon Theatre. The Barnhill Complex is a multi-purpose conference and event center located midway between Houston and Austin. The Simon Theatre, which opened in 1925 and was designed in the majestic Beaux-Arts Classical Revival architectural style, provided a magnificent venue for many theater events, film screenings, and ballroom dances. To create the theatre for the city of Brenham, the James Simon family commissioned Houston architect Alfred C. Finn, whose career included creating a number of important Houston buildings as well as the San Jacinto Monument. Today, thanks to a multimillion-dollar refurbishment, the glitz and opulence of the historic Simon Theatre is preserved for future generations in the Barnhill Center at Historic Simon Theatre. Olde Dobbin Station” will provide a unique experience for its clients through the use of old structures built in the early 1900’s, restored to their original look and feel, while adding a vintage touch. The buildings were initially used by oil companies as a “pumping station” and later became a famous place of fellowship for those in the community due to its Artesian Water Well. It became the community “swimming hole” according to many of the locals and remains a historical marker for the community and its residents.

Seven Coves Clubhouse sits directly on the shore of Lake Conroe, surrounded by large oak trees, in the lakeside community of Seven Coves near Willis, Texas. The newly renovated clubhouse pairs an open, chandelier-lit reception hall with a wall of windows overlooking the water, giving weddings and receptions a lake view backdrop from the ceremony to the dance floor. The space accommodates up to 150 guests and comes set up with ten 72-inch round tables and two 8-foot rectangular tables, along with a dance floor, a full-service kitchen, a bridal suite, and a flat-screen TV. A spacious deck and gazebo extend the clubhouse onto the water's edge, giving evening events an illuminated outdoor gathering spot alongside the indoor hall. Complimentary WiFi and a non-smoking policy round out the space's amenities. Village Golf Club is a championship 18-hole public golf course in Royal Palm Beach, in the heart of Palm Beach County and less than 15 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport. Designed by Mark Mahannah in 1973, the parkland-style, par-72 course spans 175 acres with Jones Dwarf Bermuda grass greens and yardage ranging from roughly 5,000 to 6,900 yards. The clubhouse offers dining and beverages at the on-site "19th hole," a fully stocked pro shop, and practice facilities including a driving range, putting green, and chipping area. For private events, the club rents out its Party Room, an indoor space with golf course views that accommodates up to 100 guests and includes a dance floor, with four hours of rental time plus setup and cleanup. An outdoor ceremony area is also available for wedding ceremonies.
