The Harold Pratt House was constructed in 1919 as one of New York's grand Park Avenue Mansions. The hidden gem of the Upper East Side - We are the perfect venue to host a wedding, private dinner, conference, holiday party, annual meeting or any other event. The House consists of six unique rooms connected by a majestic marble staircase. Each room features original chandeliers, fireplaces and views of Park Avenue. Our adjoining Peterson Hall can be used in conjunction with the House to accommodate larger guest counts and features the latest in state-of-the-art audio and visual technology including a 22-foot LCD customizable video wall, a professional stage with furniture and full production lighting. Sadelle’s is a New York brunch institution located in the heart of Soho. Serving the best bagels in New York City, Sadelle’s offers quintessential classics like sliced-to-order salmon and sturgeon, chopped salads, and other New York classics in an updated, fun yet refined fashion. Sadelle's is available for large party bookings and for full restaurant buyouts. With a full buyout, the restaurant can seat 80 guests for seated events and up to 200 guests for a cocktail-style reception. Sadelle's 3rd Floor dining room offers a more private experience for parties of up to 40 seated or 50 for cocktails, while our Communal Table is the perfect size for groups up to 16 guests.

Founded in 1999 by two community residents, Friends of the High Line fought for the High Line’s preservation and transformation at a time when the historic structure was under threat of demolition.
