Up to approximately 3,000 square feet of indoor space and approximately 3,000 sq ft of outdoor patio space is ready to use to host your event. Zenzen Gardens is a stunning 20 acre property in Western Colorado. The venue has unobstructed mountain views, an outdoor covered stage, immaculate flower gardens, and a relaxation pond. Beautiful lodging, glamping, and camping is offered on site. The majestic West Elk Mountain Range sets the backdrop for your event here. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with stunning flower gardens, with views of rolling fields and a serene pond. The main house has a wrap around veranda for guests to mingle and socialize. You will hear birds, crickets and an occasional frog in this very quiet setting. We offer a 2.5 bedroom Farmhouse, Glamping Tents, bedrooms, and a tiny cottage onsite, as well as tent or car camping options. Our queen bed accommodations can sleep up to 20 people, with additional camping available. Southern Charm Events is an elegant modern venue located in Rock Hill, South Carolina minutes from Charlotte, North Carolina. There is a beautiful outdoor pavilion with ceiling fans and a fireplace to host wedding ceremonies without worrying about the weather. The venue inside offers a bridal and grooms suite with private entrances. For the caterers, the venue has a prep kitchen with an ice machine, warming oven and commercial refrigerator. There is a bar with all the amenities needed for the bartender. Inside the venue are 7 gorgeous chandeliers and a modern fireplace. There is not much to decorate as the venue is beautiful showcasing the many windows and doors with natural light. The paved parking lot has ample room. Tables and black chiavari chairs along with ceremony chairs are included.

Leland Eating and Drinking House continues the family tradition of convivial hospitality providing a gathering place where neighbors can relax, unwind and be well-fed. Leland's New York Mediterranean cuisine is local and natural featuring in-house curing along with the preservation of local food and beverage. We pickle veggies, dry-age meats, and bake bread right in our kitchen. We buy fresh and make exactly what we need, with as little waste as possible. This beautiful event facility, which has been our exclusive venue for over 20 years, is located in the gorgeous 1900s-era old Fauntleroy Schoolhouse. The Hall at Fauntleroy, located in a peaceful tree-lined neighborhood yet only minutes from downtown Seattle, provides a variety of distinct indoor and outdoor settings. The ceilings are really high. Exposed brick adds warmth and texture to any room. There's also the charm of gentle light streaming in via wide windows that overlook a forested valley. There is a big raised dance floor in the Emerald Room, as well as an anteroom for the bride or other distinguished guests, among other amenities. It's a place that can accommodate up to 250 people yet feels both private and large at the same time. The Vashon Room is one of just a handful of indoor/outdoor event facilities in Seattle. The Vashon Room, with its high ceilings, simple, contemporary elements, and an abundance of natural light, is the ideal canvas for your creative vision to come to life. Immediately outside, there is the Garden Courtyard, a rich, planted setting with a groomed lawn, mature shrubs, and a meandering path—an inviting haven for an outdoor ceremony or reception. The Garden Courtyard can accommodate up to 200 guests.
