Thank you so much for your interest in our location! The banquet hall, riverside covered porch, and open lower deck on the Ashley River are all included in the rates, as well as tables, chairs, linens, setup, and breakdown. We do have a preferred catering list, however you are responsible for all beverages and leftovers. Please shoot us an email to inquire about availability! The Flag Room can hold up to 175 people, while the riverside porch and terrace can hold up to 125, for a total of 300 people. On the Ashley River, we're inside the Charleston City Marina. For your convenience, a full-service commercial kitchen is available for final meal preparation by one of our preferred caterers. You provide all of the drinks and take all of the leftovers home with you. There are no corkage fees. There is no need to rent a dance floor because the Flag Room is 2067 square feet and has hardwood floors. We don't have a noise regulation, so you can have a band or DJ play inside or on the terrace. There are newly refurbished changing rooms and showers, as well as a bridal sequester room where you may be dressed on the spot. Memory Lane Ranch & Lodge sits on ten acres of Texas Hill Country in Dripping Springs, shaded by oak trees more than a century old. The award-winning venue, established fifteen years ago, centers its ceremonies on a tall wooden pergola with a working water fountain backdrop, where white pew seating accommodates up to 250 guests. Nearby, the rustic cedar-and-stone reception hall seats up to 300 people and comes with tables and chairs, a small DJ stage, and flexible floor plans for weddings both intimate and large — it also doubles as the property's rain-plan backup. Couples can extend the celebration with on-site lodging for up to 17 overnight guests. The main lodge sleeps 13 across four downstairs and two upstairs rooms, with a full-service kitchen and a gathering area for up to 50 guests that suits a rehearsal dinner. Inspired by a trip to Tuscany, The Vineyard at Florence began as a working vineyard on the gently sloped hills of Florence, Texas, and grew into a boutique hotel and resort with a winery, restaurant, day spa, and private event spaces. Its main building, Villa Firenze, was originally built in New York State around 1850 using timber-frame construction, then carefully transported to the property and restored; the surrounding buildings were designed in the same old Italian style, with tile roofs and warm exterior tones. The resort produces its own wines on-site, earning gold, silver, and bronze medals at the Rodeo Uncorked San Antonio International Wine Competition from 2021 through 2024. For weddings and private events, the property offers a range of settings, from Ella Amore's expansive vineyard-view spaces for large gatherings to the more intimate Winemaker's Villa. Two hallway-length murals by artist Curtis Lewis trace the arc of Black history in Detroit, featuring civil rights figures alongside entertainment and sports legends. Anderson Center Events provides a variety of event spaces across two locations in Anderson Township, Ohio. The Anderson Center at 7850 Five Mile Road features multiple indoor and outdoor settings - including the Atriums, Community Meeting Room, Large Conference Room, Lower Level Meeting Room, South Plaza, and Theater - while the Heritage Center Arboretum at 890 Eight Mile Road offers a restored historic farmhouse set within arboretum grounds. Spaces at the Anderson Center range from an intimate 25-guest conference room to a 223-seat theater equipped with state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems. The Heritage Center Arboretum accommodates up to 45 guests indoors and up to 150 outdoors under a tent. The full portfolio of venues supports weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, celebrations of life, birthdays, and more. All rentals include tables, chairs, staff setup, and a building attendant for the duration of the event. Additional amenities include rental linens in more than 50 colors, projectors, laptops, easels, and loading carts available at no extra charge. Tuckerman Brewing Company is a craft brewery founded in 1998 by Kirsten Neves and Nik Stanciu in Conway, New Hampshire, at the gateway to the White Mountains. What began in a garage on Main Street in Conway Village has grown into a full-scale production operation at 66 Hobbs Street, with distribution spanning New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. The brewery's flagship Tuckerman Pale Ale launched the operation, and the lineup has since expanded to include stouts, brown ales, kolsch, pilsners, New England-style IPAs, and hard cider. The tasting room is open daily, serving brick oven pizza alongside the full draft menu. An outdoor beer garden and concert venue operates seasonally, with live music weekly throughout summer and continuing indoors through winter. Hart Ranch Weddings & Events sits on a 50-acre family homestead in Gallatin Gateway, Montana, roughly 20 minutes from the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. The Broken Hart Ranch has been family land since 1962, now operated by fourth and fifth-generation Montanans who designed the property around year-round event hosting. The Ranch centers on a Montana barn surrounded by open meadows and views of the Spanish Peaks. The Big Sky Room accommodates up to 250 guests with high ceilings and dimmable lights and sliding doors that open to outdoor areas. The outdoor Two Heart Chapel provides ceremony space beside a reflection pond, while the Montana Room with its round fireplace and the historic Round Up Bar offer additional indoor gathering spaces. Figueroa Mountain Farmhouse is a one-of-a-kind destination retreat rental set at 2,200 feet elevation in the low mountains above Santa Ynez Valley, California — 15 minutes from the Los Olivos wine region and one hour from Santa Barbara. The property comprises three historic structures relocated from the East Coast: an 18th-century New Hampshire barn/farmhouse, a West Virginia timber home, and a Tennessee Appalachian cabin, each disassembled, shipped cross-country, and reassembled using original construction techniques. The main house spans 3,600 square feet; a 600-square-foot guest house sits on the same grounds. The farmhouse accommodates boutique gatherings, rustic weddings, anniversary celebrations, family reunions, and milestone birthdays. Indoor entertaining fits 25–50 guests; the expansive decks and meadows accommodate 25–75 guests outdoors. The bride can come at the ceremony on a genuine horse-drawn buckboard with A Storybook Weddingagon for an additional charge. We may arrange for your wedding party to arrive at the alter dressed in traditional western garb. You'll have a peaceful trip from our bridal room to the alter, which will take you over the creek and into the woods. The playing field is made of actual grass, namely Tifway 419 turf, which is lush and luxurious. And, of course, the Lone Star, a symbol of Texan pride, is prominently displayed on the park's exterior and interior, as well as on its signage.
