The Rutherford Green provides ample space for large parties to mingle, dine, dance, and relax. Overhead cafe lighting adds a beautiful ambiance after sunset. Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is a historic Victorian glasshouse and botanical garden in Pittsburgh's Oakland neighborhood, set on 15 acres within Schenley Park. Established in 1893, the conservatory encompasses a 14-room glasshouse and 23 distinct gardens, giving planners a single site that pairs formal indoor display rooms with open-air garden settings. Ceremonies and receptions can be held together in one location. The estate-style Outdoor Garden, a classic four-tiered garden, accommodates up to 200 seated guests under seasonal tents with a dance floor, with room for up to 250 with additional rentals. The Broderie Room, a French garden evocative of Louis XIV-era chateau landscaping, offers a more intimate setting for ceremonies, private dinners, proposals, and photo sessions. The Tuscan Villa at Running Hare Vineyard is a multi-purpose facility that can be rented year-round for wedding receptions and ceremonies. It is located on the property's grounds. The rental fee includes the use of the ballroom, covered portico, tables, chairs, and dance floor, as well as the use of the kitchen. We provide our clients with the convenience of having their wedding ceremony and reception in the same location. With a paved walkway that leads from the bridal gate down the aisle to the Italian pergola, our ceremony site is set in the vineyard and is absolutely stunning! The rental of the ceremony site includes the use of white ceremony chairs, which are included in the price of the rental. The Villa also has a bridal suite, which is a wonderful place for the bride and her bridesmaids to relax and get ready for their big day! Pavilion on a hilltop In addition to being open-sided, the Hilltop Pavilion can accommodate up to 80 guests in a seated configuration. Tables and chairs are provided as part of the rental fee. The Ranch at UCross sits in the foothills of Wyoming's Big Horn Mountains, roughly 17 miles northwest of Buffalo and 27 miles southeast of Sheridan, within a half-day's drive of the Black Hills and Yellowstone National Park. The property's centerpiece is a collection of 31 rooms spread across the Aspen Cabins, a historic Victorian-style Ranch House built in 1902, the Pineys, the Cottonwoods, and the Hunting Lodge, which includes six private sleeping rooms, a great room, and a wide deck suited to large families, reunions, and weddings. From October through April, the Ranch hosts wedding parties of up to 100 guests with exclusive use of the property, set against panoramic views of the Big Horn Mountains. Couples can plan a poolside cookout and cocktails at sunset, arrange a golf tournament at one of three nearby courses, or send guests on a horseback riding tour, with the Ranch's team assisting with venue selection, decor, catering menus, and accommodations. Mile Marker One is a waterfront restaurant and private event venue at Cape Ann Marina in Gloucester, Massachusetts, about 40 miles north of Boston. Positioned at the historic start of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, the restaurant overlooks the Annisquam River, marina docks, and Gloucester Harbor — bringing panoramic water views into both its dining and event spaces. The Madison Museum of Contemporary Art occupies a glass-and-steel building designed by architect César Pelli on State Street, in the heart of downtown Madison between the State Capitol and the University of Wisconsin campus. The museum's rotating contemporary art exhibitions surround guests at private events, and its rooftop and lecture spaces are available for weddings, receptions, and corporate gatherings. The Rooftop Sculpture Garden is the museum's most-booked event space, holding up to 175 guests for a standing reception or 100 for a seated dinner amid native Wisconsin plants and sculpture, with views of the Capitol Building, the Orpheum Theater marquee, and the downtown skyline that light up after dark. Just off the garden, the recently renovated Rooftop Lounge offers an indoor alternative on the third floor, furnished with lounge seating and a bar, for up to 80 guests standing or 64 seated. For talks, films, or meetings, the Lecture Hall accommodates up to 230 guests and is built to accommodate guests with mobility limitations, with a separate projection booth and stagehand support available. The Chase Palm Park Center — now operating as the Palm Park Beach House — is a beachfront event venue situated on the ocean side of Cabrillo Boulevard within Chase Palm Park in Santa Barbara, California. A Spanish-style entryway opens into a contemporary main room with soft recessed lighting, alongside an adjacent sunroom with French doors that lead to a semi-circular outdoor patio. The patio overlooks the beach and offers unobstructed ocean views, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience for guests. The venue accommodates up to 100 guests and is well suited for intimate receptions, business meetings, corporate retreats, and private celebrations. Included in every rental are audio-visual equipment — a 72-inch display television, wired and wireless microphones, and an interior sound system — as well as indoor tables and chairs, a dedicated event monitor and security guard, and post-event cleaning. The Beaumont Inn sits on 50 acres of the Back Mountain in Dallas, Pennsylvania — a setting the name itself nods to, drawn from "beau-mont," or beautiful mountain. Built in 1948 and extensively renovated after Robert Friedman acquired the property in 2013, the Inn pairs a fine-dining restaurant and ten individually designed guest rooms with grounds shaped for events: a botanical garden with more than 200 plant varieties in bloom from March through November, and a two-tiered, 3,500-square-foot flagstone patio and terrace overlooking Leonard's Creek, warmed by gas fire pits and café lighting. For weddings and private events, the Grande Pavilion offers a climate-controlled space for up to 300 guests, with a dance floor and a layout that adapts from intimate dinners to full-scale receptions. Couples can also hold ceremonies on the outdoor grounds before moving into the pavilion for dinner and dancing. Wedding packages include a cocktail hour, several hours of open bar, a plated reception dinner, and full-service planning support from the venue's events team, with on-site overnight accommodations available for wedding parties.

Meridian Valley Country Club opened its doors for the first time on July 1, 1967. Despite the fact that there was just a temporary clubhouse and only nine of the 18 holes were available for play on that Saturday morning, those who teed it up did so again and again. Despite the fact that the fairway grass was well on its way to reaching full maturity, the theme of the day was "Take No Divots" since all shots were needed to be taken from tees. The opening day regulation had no effect on the level of competitiveness on the first day. The second nine holes, as well as the permanent clubhouse, were dedicated in May 1968 with a similar amount of hoopla. Several substantial modifications have been made to the golf course throughout the years, including irrigation, drainage, and a large number of flowering trees and plants. The course is currently open all year round and plays "dry." Meridian Valley Country Club has been a gathering place for members and guests to commemorate life's most important occasions since 1967.
