The Glastonbury Boathouse is a not-for-profit waterfront event venue situated along the Connecticut River in Glastonbury, Connecticut. The second-story banquet hall features high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, string lights, large windows, and hardwood floors, accommodating up to 150 guests for seated receptions or 250 for standing events. A covered Observation Deck overlooking the river is included with every rental, offering a distinct space for cocktail hours or casual gatherings. Ceremonies can take place on the adjacent riverfront park grounds, with optional waterfront setups available at no additional charge when the reception is also booked. Owners Corrine Crocker — a wedding planner since 1990 — and William Luby purchased the house in 2007 and completed a meticulous renovation between 2009 and 2013, preserving the original framing timbers and handcrafted staircase while rebuilding the interior with modern systems, including a geo-thermal heating and cooling system throughout its 6,000 square feet. It's home to the Hunter/Jumper and Polo disciplines, and exhibition polo matches run on summer Saturdays from June through September. The club has indoor and outdoor spaces for events of almost any size. Couples can say "I do" at the garden Gazebo or the Pergola, then walk the stone pathways to their reception.
