Camp Eagle Hill is a 200-acre facility in Elizaville, New York, 90 miles north of New York City and approximately 250 miles from Boston. Family-owned and operated, the property opens for group rentals outside of the summer season, hosting one-day corporate events, team-building sessions, and picnics as well as multi-day weekend retreats and week-long programs. The campus offers a large gymnasium, a theatre arts building, a newly constructed recreation and social hall, and spacious dining rooms. Outdoor areas include ballfields alongside basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, with a private spring-fed lake and swimming pools available on a seasonal basis. Overnight groups are accommodated in renovated cabins fitted with single beds, full bathrooms, porches, and ample storage. Private rooms with ensuite baths are also available for groups with specific needs. On-site services include meals, laundry and housekeeping, high-speed internet, sound and video equipment, and a public address system. A gluten-free kitchen can be arranged for groups that require it.

The company operates two distinct venues — Birch Hill Estate and Stablegate Farm & Vineyard — together offering nine unique indoor and outdoor event spaces suited to celebrations of every scale. Birch Hill Estate features two ballrooms and three covered pavilions set amid manicured grounds, while Stablegate Farm & Vineyard brings a 19th-century Dutch barn, a Lodge for intimate gatherings, and multiple outdoor spaces with views of the Catskill Mountains. Both locations are in Castleton-on-Hudson, NY. The culinary program is built on made-from-scratch cooking with locally inspired ingredients, led by an on-site chef. Owl's Hoot Barn is a historic 1800s Dutch barn surrounded by a beautiful natural setting. With a variety of smaller barns, there are many different locations to host your event. The barn can host up to 180 people and the pavilion is a great place to have a cocktail hour. Owl's Hoot Barn also features an incredible outdoor space where couples can have their wedding ceremony. Berkshire Outdoor Center is the year-round component of the non-profit Becket-Chimney Corners YMCA, situated on 1,400 acres of prime conservation lands in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. The center hosts more than 14,000 guests each year in Environmental Education, Outdoor Education, Leadership Development, and Adventure Recreation programs.
