The property centers on a farmhouse built in 1890 — preserved to this day as a Lenox landmark — with additional guest quarters in the Rock Cottage and School House, offering five suites in all, each with a sitting room and full cooked-to-order breakfast served in the Creamery overlooking the pond. The farm hosts a select number of weddings each year, primarily in late May, June, September, and early October. Three distinct outdoor spaces — The Hill, the Upper Track, and the Lower Track — each accommodate up to 300 guests. The Hill commands a full 360-degree, unobstructed view of the Hudson Valley and the Catskill Mountain range, with the sun setting directly over the mountains to the west; it is the venue's signature setting.
