Your wedding will be more than just a wedding when you celebrate it at The Lake House Guest Cottages of The Berkshires, which offers a one-of-a-kind and cozy setting for your big day against the backdrop of the majestic and natural beauty of Pontoosuc Lake. Your big day will feel more like an experience than just a wedding. We are a venue for weekend events that can provide sleeping accommodations for up to 50 guests and space for up to 100 additional guests during the event itself. Our property has the capacity to host a total of 150 guests when used as an outdoor venue and our event tent, and it can accommodate 60 guests when the event is held entirely inside. Our event tent is completely brand new and features the latest in tent technology. It has lovely sides with large windows that can be sealed off, making it possible to hold celebrations and ceremonies regardless of the weather outside. The tent has some rudimentary lighting and a flooring made of artificial turf installed in it. However, if you rent the space, you can easily add additional lighting and decorations. No matter how you choose to plan your special day at the Lake House, you can rest assured that it will be situated in the heart of the Berkshires, with all of the stunning locations that the region is known for within a half-drive hour's of the property. The Mount is a vibrant cultural center that is also a historic house museum, and it offers a wide variety of tours, programs, and events for you to participate in and enjoy. Exchange your vows and mingle with loved ones against the backdrop of The Mount's vibrant, award-winning formal gardens and the elegant interior of Edith Wharton's historic mansion. The Mount was the setting for many of Edith Wharton's writings. The gracious and breathtaking estate, which encompasses close to 50 acres, is an ideal location for a wedding that guests will never forget. You can hold your wedding ceremony in either the exquisite French Flower Garden, which was modeled after the grounds at Versailles, or the intimate Italian Garden, which was modeled after the architecture of the Renaissance period. Helsinki Hudson is located on the Hudson River, approximately two hours north of NYC by road or rail (Amtrak) in the city of Hudson. Once a colorful center of the whaling industry, the town now blossoms as a vibrant cultural mecca thanks to a large influx of working artists, and has been compared to New Orleans for its ornate and stately architecture. The crown jewel of the historic city's artistic and economic rebirth, Helsinki Hudson is comprised of Club Helsinki, a nationally recognized music venue, and the adjacent, award-winning Restaurant at Helsinki. Meadow Ridge Farm was founded in the late 19th century by a Manhattan-based financier who commuted by boat to the property’s river beachfront. Chesterwood is the former summer estate of sculptor Daniel Chester French — creator of the Lincoln Memorial's seated Abraham Lincoln and Concord's Minute Man — preserved by the National Trust for Historic Preservation on 122 wooded acres in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. The property is an entirely outdoor venue, offering ceremony, cocktail, and reception settings across formal perennial gardens and sweeping lawns with panoramic views of Monument Mountain. During cocktail hour, guests are invited into French's working studio and onto its broad porch, a rare encounter with one of American sculpture's most significant sites. Chesterwood is currently booking private events for 2026 and 2027. Events typically begin at 5pm when the property closes to day visitors, allowing the estate to transition into an exclusive private setting for the evening.

The Red Lion Inn has stood at the corner of Main Street in Stockbridge, Massachusetts since 1773, making it one of New England's longest-continuously operating inns. The property occupies the heart of the village immortalized in Norman Rockwell's painting "Stockbridge Main Street at Christmas" and is managed by Mainstream Hospitality Group. For private events, the inn offers a range of dedicated gathering spaces suited to meetings, dinners, and celebrations of varying scale. The Hitchcock Room, the largest of the private meeting spaces, accommodates up to 96 seated dinner guests and includes an entrance foyer for registration. Smaller rooms — including the Townsend Room, the intimate Plumb Room overlooking the Courtyard, the historically appointed Treadway Room, and the Side Parlor just off the lobby — serve groups from 8 to 48 guests.
