The farm is home to more than 50 Icelandic horses and is recognized as the only Icelandic horse farm in North America that operates as a wedding and event venue. Three distinct outdoor spaces — The Hill, the Upper Track, and the Lower Track — each accommodate up to 300 guests. The Hill commands a full 360-degree, unobstructed view of the Hudson Valley and the Catskill Mountain range, with the sun setting directly over the mountains to the west; it is the venue's signature setting. The Upper Track, nestled in the heart of the farm and enclosed by woods on most sides, offers a more private atmosphere with exceptional acoustics. After nine months of restoration by Village Green Investments, the building opened as an event venue in September 2015, preserving three original bank vaults as a nod to its storied past alongside thoroughly modernized amenities. The venue offers two reception rooms suited to a range of event sizes. The larger room accommodates up to 150 guests seated or 250 for cocktail-style receptions; the smaller room fits up to 50 seated or 100 cocktail-style.
