    The Barn at Schwinn Produce Farm sits on a homestead in the Salt Creek Valley of Leavenworth County, Kansas, that has been in the Schwinn family since the late 1800s. The property spans more than 50 acres and is steeped in history — Buffalo Bill Cody's boyhood home stands nearby on the Santa Fe Trail, and the old Hund School, a one-room schoolhouse now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, sits to the south. The Barn itself is 4,500 square feet of traditional white oak Timber Frame construction, assembled with wooden pegs and wedges rather than nails. Inside, that craftsmanship is complemented by computer-controlled LED lighting and a Bose sound system, making the space well suited to weddings, receptions, reunions, corporate gatherings, and church events alike. Radiant heated floors and a full commercial kitchen with ice machine support year-round use. The rental includes 250 chairs, 12 round tables, and 21 rectangular tables, along with a separate bridal cottage. Outdoors, a Holland paver patio and deck area, shaded ceremony grove, and rolling countryside provide multiple settings for ceremonies and cocktail hours.     Mildale Farm is Johnson County Parks & Recreation District's premier event facility, set on 22 rolling acres adjacent to over 600 acres of parkland just minutes from Kansas City in Edgerton, Kansas. The property is framed by approximately five miles of three-rail white fencing and dotted with nine man-made fishing ponds, giving it an unmistakably pastoral character. The centerpiece of the property is an 8,672-square-foot equestrian-style barn featuring soaring beams, a center cupola, dormer windows, and hand-laid brick floors. The barn accommodates up to 300 guests and comes equipped with a catering kitchen, restrooms, HVAC, a coat room, 350 white padded chairs, and a full complement of round and banquet tables. It is well suited for weddings, galas, family reunions, holiday parties, and corporate retreats. For events that extend into the weekend, the property also includes a 3,354-square-foot Williamsburg-style estate house that sleeps up to eight guests overnight and a 1,249-square-foot cottage that accommodates four — making Mildale Farm an option for celebrations that carry on well past the reception.
