Dakota Place Park Building is a historic brick venue set within Dakota Place Park in West Seattle, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and activities along California Avenue. The building pairs original brick and wood floors with updated conveniences like projectors, a flat-screen TV, and surround sound, mixing vintage character with modern function. The venue's main room connects to a smaller side room and opens onto a large outdoor patio and small lawn, giving hosts room to spread a celebration between indoor and outdoor space. It accommodates up to 110 seated guests or 160 standing, making it suited to wedding receptions, community gatherings, and private parties. The space is available for rental from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., with facility tours offered on Friday mornings.

Founded in 2008, Olalla Vineyard & Winery has been serving the local community. It is a small, family-owned winery with a strong connection to Croatian culture. Joe and Konnie Serka were the former owners and operators of the vineyard, and they took great care of it. As the vineyard grew and developed into the lovely paradise that it is today, Joe and Konnie put their souls into its development. With the help of their son Stuart and daughter Mary Ellen, the current owners hope to carry on the winemaking legacy of the past while also developing the winery into a one-of-a-kind, boutique destination vineyard and winery with a strong emphasis on agricultural tourism. INFORMATION ABOUT US L'Oursin is a French restaurant and bar in Seattle's Capitol Hill/Central District that also has a small food and wine market. Dinner is served from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Our market is open from 3:30pm to 9:00pm on Tuesdays through Sundays. In the market, you'll find a carefully curated assortment of fine cheeses, meats, and other speciality goods, as well as a large selection of natural wines, also known as vins naturels in French. Please keep in mind that proof of double vaccination (a card or a photo would suffice) and matching identification are required in order to dine with us. Anyone who is not seated at a table is still obligated to wear a mask. Our corkage price for outside wine is $30 per bottle ($45 for magnums), with a two-bottle restriction per table for each bottle brought in. Bring your vision to life in My Little White House, an ideal setting for styled shoots, portrait photography, and other intimate events in addition to other possibilities. My Little White House is a 170 square foot boutique up-cycled studio that is located in a private garden in the West Seattle neighborhood of West Seattle. It was built primarily out of salvaged materials and vintage finds. The Little White House is a little studio that I built out of reclaimed materials and things that I found in dumpsters. It is 170 square feet in size. I didn't even consider constructing a white house or a small house when I came up with the idea. Simply put, I desired a location where I could build a fire during the colder months... Initially, it was only 10 feet by 10 feet, but over time, it expanded, the ceilings got higher, and it evolved into what it is today... People are drawn to the White House, in my opinion, due to the fact that a lot of its furnishings were salvaged from dumpsters or were things that previous owners had thrown away because they no longer wanted them. I believe that the Little White House breathes new life into all of those things in some sense... At the very least, that is what compelled me to construct it. It was the concept of turning things that were thrown away into something attractive and intriguing by giving them a second life in the form of something else entirely.

The Seattle Tennis Club can be found in the quaint neighborhood of Madison Park. The Ederer Crane building was constructed in 1919 and was utilized to manufacture large-scale cranes for use in various construction projects throughout the area. You will find that one of the cranes has been left in our space, which gives events and parties a distinctly industrial and metropolitan atmosphere. We provide you with a variety of room options so that you can make your event stand out from the rest, whether you prefer an open floor plan or a multidimensional space to which you can bring your own vision. The venues at Metropolist allow for complete personalization, which makes it an excellent choice as the location for a wedding, party, or corporate event in the Seattle area. The dramatic effect of an urban industrial warehouse that has walls that are 14 feet high and vaulted ceilings that are 25 feet high, windows that reach from floor to ceiling, exposed piping overhead, and warm and bright wood floors can be evoked by using Metropolist.
