La Maison O can be rented in its entirety for film production and features several amazing spaces including The Dungeon. The Dungeon can be rented separately for private events, parties, classes, anniversaries, gaming events, etc. The Dungeon is an actual 2000 sq ft dungeon that has been built in the lowest level of La Maison O. With an occupancy of 40 it features a centerpiece circular bar, a knights of the round table, a conversation pit, as well as sound and lighting. Given its intense theme and adult nature we cater mainly to adult events with the majority of attendees over 18. The Dungeon is not accessible. There is a bathroom. Beverage service is BYOB. We can provide staff including bartender, DJ, actors and video production. The Dungeon is a phenomenal location for content creators.

The Portsmouth Gas Light Co building was contructed in 1837, it was the home of the city's first utility company and it located in the heart of downtown Portsmouth. We can accommodate 25 to 200 guests in our stylish private event space. Flag Hill Distillery & Winery is a family-owned, 110-acre agricultural estate in Lee, New Hampshire, recognized as the state's oldest winery, largest vineyard, and oldest distillery. Grape growing began on the property in 1987, winery operations followed in 1990, and in 2004 the estate opened a distillery — the first legal distillery in New Hampshire since Prohibition. The acreage is permanently preserved under a conservation easement, and the property's own gardens and crops supply ingredients for the on-site kitchen throughout the year. Two distinct settings serve private events: a tented vineyard venue accommodating up to 300 guests for ceremonies and receptions set among the vine rows, and a restored post-and-beam barn suited to more intimate gatherings of up to 80. Both are supported by two dedicated on-site coordinators and an executive chef whose seasonal menus draw directly from the estate's gardens. Only one event is hosted per day.

Mila [mee:lah], short for Milagros, meaning “miracles” in Spanish, represents a love story—one of love for each other, family, and a deep passion for hospitality. Mila’s owners, Jay and Liz Curcio, crossed paths over a decade ago through a client of The White Apron. Jay founded The White Apron in 2004, starting from his own kitchen. By 2011, the company had grown to cater weddings across the NH seacoast. Liz, an event planner and trained chef, was living in NYC and helping her best friend plan her wedding in NH, which just so happened to be catered by The White Apron. When Liz and Jay met, sparks flew, and they soon teamed up to grow The White Apron into a premier off-premise catering business, serving events across Maine, Northern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and the Lakes Region. Through ingenuity and the dedication of their talented staff, The White Apron not only weathered the pandemic but has continued to elevate its food and service as its clientele expands. While the off-premise business flourished, Jay and Liz shared the dream of opening a venue where they could create exceptional experiences for their clients year-round, without the constraints of an off-site kitchen. The Meadow is a place where people go to relax and unwind after a long day of work. We have more than 50 acres of pasture that is lovely, peaceful, and natural. This land has been cultivated, cared for, and cherished by two generations of my family members. It's quiet, tranquil, and far away from the hectic, chaotic lives that we all lead today. Our daughter came to us in the winter of 2011 and said, "I want my wedding here, at home, in the cow field." This was the beginning of a long journey. We thought she was insane at first, but then we realized that it was the ideal location for her, our nature-loving daughter, and for all of the couples who want to celebrate one of the most significant days of their lives in the midst of all that nature has to offer on their special day. So, on one of the rainiest days of June 2012, she and her love were united in marriage in what turned out to be the most beautiful and memorable wedding any of us had ever witnessed. With character, charm, and beauty...and cows...we provide a one-of-a-kind rustic country setting. It's a field brimming with love from the couples who have made the commitment of a lifetime to one other here in the midst of nature, and from the guy, the farmer, who has tended to and loved the land for the better part of his life. The Exeter Inn is a boutique hotel built in 1932, featuring Georgian architecture on the grounds of historic Exeter, New Hampshire, near Phillips Exeter Academy. Detailed millwork, stately trees, and lush lawns define the property's character — warm and casually sophisticated, with a heritage rooted in New England hospitality. The inn offers 2,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space for weddings, corporate retreats, and private celebrations. The Daniel Webster Room is a ballroom appointed with original 1930s chandeliers, suited for receptions and formal dinners. The Great Hall features ceiling-high archways and original paned glass French doors, providing an elegant indoor ceremony and gathering option. A romantic courtyard with a garden gazebo and sailcloth tent accommodates outdoor ceremonies and receptions surrounded by the original brick façade and evergreens. The Isles of Shoals Steamship Company operates private charters aboard the M/V Thomas Laighton, a 90-foot Victorian steamship replica berthed in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The vessel hosts weddings, rehearsal dinners, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and bridal showers on the water, cruising through Portsmouth Harbor and along the Piscataqua River with views of the historic Isles of Shoals. Three decks give the vessel flexibility for events of different sizes and styles. Two fully heated, enclosed indoor cabins offer shelter in any season, while the open sundeck provides an outdoor gathering space with harbor views. The M/V Thomas Laighton accommodates up to 125 guests for a seated dinner or 275 for a cocktail-style reception. Three fully stocked cash bars, four onboard bathrooms, and professional crew and wait staff are included with every private charter. The vessel is Coast Guard certified and handicap accessible, and outside entertainment—DJs, live bands, and A/V presentations—is welcome with prior vendor approval.

The Surf Room is a catering hall in Long Beach, New York, a short walk from the beach and boardwalk. Opened in 2010 and newly renovated, the venue offers two event spaces — the Surf Room, which accommodates up to 85 guests, and the Ballroom, which holds up to 300 — giving hosts the flexibility to match their guest count to the right setting. The venue hosts a wide range of private celebrations: weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, sweet sixteens, milestone birthdays, graduations, and baby showers, among others. The events team supports the full planning process, from initial design through execution on the day, with an emphasis on fulfilling each client's specific preferences and requests.
