Our staff takes great satisfaction in creating innovative dishes using scratch recipes created in-house. We warmly welcome you to our freshly refurbished site on the historic Cape Playhouse grounds. It's a lovely historic location, complete with a rustic old-cape patio for stunning recollections. We can accommodate any number of guests for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, and even the post-wedding brunch. Our food is even better than the view from our patio! Our venue's combination of superb food and a lovely setting will have your guests talking about the event for years to come! We have an inside dining area and a small bar in addition to our unique patio, so the options are unlimited!

In Edgartown, Martha's Vineyard, Atlantic Fish & Chophouse is a destination inside a destination. Our Executive Chef is known for creating dishes that are both sophisticated and approachable. Fresh seafood such as Wild Salmon, Mediterranean-style Branzino and Dorado, USDA prime Certified Angus and Japanese A5 Kobe Steaks, delectable appetizers and salads, and an extensive wine selection are all available, all served by our skilled and courteous staff. In a warm, friendly ambiance, the multi-level restaurant with 200 seats offers a choice of distinct indoor and outdoor dining experiences as well as a colorful nightlife. The small-scale vegetable and flower farm Slip Away Farm is located on Chappaquiddick, a small island separated from Martha's Vineyard by a 527-foot ferry trip. Our mission is to provide our Island community with high-quality, organically cultivated flowers, fruits, and veggies. With the aid of her brother Christian and good friend Collins Heavener, Lily Walter founded Slip Away Farm in 2012. We started the farm on a one-acre lease in Katama, Martha's Vineyard, and delivered vegetables by bicycle to Chappaquiddick homeowners. Slip Away was relocated to the Marshall Farm on Chappy in 2013, a property jointly held by the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank and the Vineyard Trust. We acknowledge and respect the Chappaquiddick Wampanoag tribe's ancestral and contemporary homeland on this property. Please consider making a donation to the tribe to help them continue their efforts and receive compensation. In Chappy's original one-room schoolhouse, we now run an 85-member vegetable CSA, a 55-member floral CSA, and a self-serve farm market.

Waverly Oaks Golf Club is a public championship golf course and event venue in Plymouth, Massachusetts, about an hour from Boston and Providence. Designed by Brian Silva, the course winds through towering oak trees across rolling terrain with coastal winds and broad views of the surrounding New England landscape. The club hosts weddings and private events with a one-event-per-day policy, keeping the full staff focused on each celebration. An in-house culinary team builds customized menus from cocktail hour through reception. The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 250 guests through floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the course, while the Oak Room suits smaller gatherings of up to 80 for rehearsal dinners, showers, holiday parties, and corporate meetings.

THE TENTED PATIO From a casual clambake to an extravagant tented wedding, the terrace can accommodate any type of gathering. For each family, occasion, wedding, or event, By the Sea Guests has it all. The inn has a bed and breakfast with simple guest rooms with one or two beds, apartment-styled one or two bedroom suites, and vacation houses, all of which are ideal for family reunions, special celebrations, or wedding parties. Our three inns contain a total of 46 rooms, all of which are either next door to one other or one block apart. Two of the inns are directly on the beach. One of the inns allows pets. We're off Chase Avenue in Dennis Port, Massachusetts, on Cape Cod's Mid-Cape. We can offer room blocks, though we prefer that customers book directly with us on a first-come, first-served basis. The major inn, By the Sea Guests, is where most weddings and festivities take place. It is oceanfront, with the strip's largest white sanded beach, and an enclosed veranda that overlooks and connects to the beach, as well as an outdoor grass space where a tent can be set up.

Our historic pub provides the perfect venue for a special occasion. The Edgartown Yacht Club was created in 1905 to preserve Edgartown's and Martha's Vineyard's maritime heritage. The Club's aim is to bring together those who share the same passion for yachting, sailboat racing, seamanship, and competition in the highest Corinthian tradition. The Club aims to foster the enjoyment of dining and other social events while also encouraging tennis excellence and good sportsmanship. With these objectives in mind, members are encouraged to volunteer their time and abilities to help improve the Club's quality of life. The Edgartown Yacht Club has a variety of eating alternatives to suit everyone in your family. For a quick lunch by the water, our Galley Grill is ideal. On a rainy day, warm yourself with a cup of chowder, or take a lobster roll out to the string piece for lunch in the sun! Throughout the summer, the Galley grill is open for lunch every day.

The John Alden Club is a private membership organization founded in Plymouth, Massachusetts in 1969. Built incrementally on Minuteman Lane over more than two decades, its facility grew from a lower-level meeting room in 1974 to an upstairs function hall in 1979 and an outdoor pavilion completed in 1991 — together spanning more than 8,000 square feet of event space. The indoor Rental Hall accommodates up to 180 guests across 4,000 square feet, with a full-service bar, private bridal suite, dance floor, and commercially equipped kitchen. The outdoor Pavilion offers covered space for 200 or more guests with a dedicated bar, cooking facilities, and a surrounding lawn with horseshoe pits and a volleyball court. Both spaces are available for weddings, corporate functions, holiday parties, retirement celebrations, birthday parties, showers, cookouts, and family reunions, with in-house bartending included in rental packages and outside caterers welcome.

Inn on the Beach is a beachfront property situated directly on Nantucket Sound in Harwich Port on Cape Cod, offering guests access to nearly 300 feet of white sand beach adjacent to Bank Street Beach — a stretch designated pristine by the Barnstable County Health and Environment Water Testing Laboratory. The inn accommodates a range of group sizes through its mix of room types, including king and queen rooms, suites with private balconies, a Beach House with an oceanfront deck and kitchenette, and adjoining room configurations that connect for larger parties. Specialized group booking policies are available for multi-room reservations. Continental breakfast is served each morning in the guest lounge overlooking the Sound, and the outdoor beach deck and upper patio provide additional gathering space throughout the day. The inn supplies chaise lounges, umbrellas, beach towels, hammocks, and three fire pits for guest use. Shops, dining, and harbor activities — including chartered fishing and sailing — are within walking distance.

The land and structures at 35 Panhandle Road in West Tisbury are steeped in history, and this is evident throughout the property. It was formerly owned by Edwin Newhall "Bob" Woods (the great-grandson of founding father and first Secretary of the Society, Henry L. Whiting), and it now contains the "new" Agricultural Hall, two animal barns, an outdoor riding ring, and outbuildings. The Agricultural Hall was built on 20+ acres at the intersection of State and Panhandle Roads. Surrounded by open space with old growth trees dispersed throughout and backed on one side by a big hayfield, the location emanates peace and beauty typical of rural settings. A wooden barn formerly located in rural New Hampshire was meticulously demolished board by board, numbered labeled, packed, and packaged before being transported to the island by 42 volunteer 'Barnbusters' in the spring of 1994. In November of that year, hundreds of people from all around the island came together in a confluence of generosity to assist in the raising, sheathing, shingling, and painting of the 'new' Hall. Adding a front hall and verandah in the style and spirit of the 'old' Ag Hall, which is now known as the Grange Hall, on State Road, was a priority. It is possible to rent out the land for a limited number of events such as weddings and funerals, as well as religious, non-profit, educational, and governmental functions, as well as agricultural and allied operations. Birthday and anniversary parties are not permitted at this time. Seaport Resort & Marina sits on the New Bedford-Fairhaven waterfront in Fairhaven, Massachusetts, offering 84 guest rooms alongside dedicated event spaces for weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations. The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 400 guests for receptions, ceremonies, and seated dinners, with direct access to an adjacent outdoor courtyard. The Waterfront Tent brings celebrations right to the marina's edge — with harbor views, space for a full bar, live music, and dancing for up to 200 guests. Smaller gatherings find a home in the Commodore Room, suited for showers, milestone parties, and business meetings. Mary Cunningham bought the house in 1979 and began providing soup, sandwiches, pastries, and tea to visitors to her antique shop with the help of her sister, Barbara, and her small daughter, Abbey. The Tea Room opened in 1981, and the Crane Brook Restaurant grew into one of the best restaurants in the country. Don McKeag reopened Crane Brook Restaurant in 2004, aiming to build on the restaurant's prior success and create an exciting future for the stunning structure. Antonio Sousa and Maria Marcalo bought the Crane Brook Restaurant in November of 2018, with the intention of restoring it to its former splendor. They began renovations on the outside and inside, and on a daily basis, local folks would stop and ask when Crane Brook will reopen, as well as share their particular memories of Crane Brook. Crane Brook restaurant reopened its doors to the public on June 29th, 2019, and is encouraging everyone in the local and surrounding communities to come in and enjoy Farm-to-Table Cuisine.

Candleberry Inn is a boutique bed and breakfast occupying a restored 1790 Georgian-Federal sea captain's home on Cape Cod's historic Old King's Highway in Brewster, Massachusetts. The property's nine guest rooms are spread across two buildings: the Main House, where six rooms reflect the home's Georgian-Federal architecture, and the Carriage House, which offers three rooms with a beach cottage character. Ship Captain, Inventory Keeper, Developer, and Artist, Captain Edward Merrill was a major player in the whaling and fishing industries of New Bedford in the 1800s. The Pavilion at Pinehills Golf Club provides an elegant and private setting for weddings with a guest count of 70 to 220. The Tavern on the Wharf is located on the historic Plymouth Harbor, not far from where the Mayflower II sailed in 1620. We are open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Every seat in the house has a view of the water! THE OUTDOOR ARENA A total of 125 people can be accommodated in this private space that has an ocean view. The Back Patio can be covered with a tent, heated, or left open to take advantage of the beautiful blue skies. THE BACKGROUND BAR This private, well-spaced area is ideal for any type of event or gathering. This shabby chic space is perfect for everything from wedding receptions to birthday parties to baby showers and everything in between. It has its own private bar and opens up to our back patio. THE SEAFOOD BOWL With three walls of windows overlooking the beautiful Plymouth Harbor, you can take in all of the activity on the waterfront right from your seat in this semi-private space. This space is ideal for small groups. A variety of events such as corporate meetings, rehearsal dinners, and other social gatherings can be held in this space.
