Newport Golf Club is an 18-hole, par 71 golf course designed by Phil Wogan, set on 143 acres in the Sugar River Valley of Newport, New Hampshire. The property spans a varied landscape — portions carved from a forest of mature pine, hemlock, oak, maple, cherry, and white birch, others built on open pastureland, with the Sugar River winding through the grounds and bent grass greens, tees, and fairways throughout. The Inn at Pleasant Lake is a historic country inn and event venue set on nearly five acres of lakefront property in New London, New Hampshire. Originally built in 1790 as a private farmhouse, the inn opened to guests in 1868 and has operated as a hospitality destination for more than 150 years. The property sits at the edge of Pleasant Lake beneath Kearsarge Mountain, offering lake views and access to the grounds across all seasons. The inn's dining anchor is The Oak Room, a 72-seat chophouse focused on American steakhouse cuisine featuring Certified Humane Natural Black Angus Beef, fresh seafood, and locally sourced ingredients, with an outdoor stone courtyard patio open for summer dining. Andover Barn sits on 7 acres in East Andover, New Hampshire, adjacent to a 21-acre nature preserve with views of Highland Lake and Kearsarge Mountain. The 1902 post-and-beam barn is original to the property — its wood floors, exposed beams, and 16 Vermont brass chandeliers intact — while a 200-year-old stained glass transom brings natural light above the main entrance. The barn accommodates up to 100 guests for weddings and private celebrations, with a large pavilion extension providing additional gathering space for cocktail hours and receptions. The adjacent Highland Lake Inn, a 1767 gentleman's farmhouse, offers on-site lodging, getting-ready suites, and lounges for the wedding party — keeping the entire event on a single historic property. Andover Barn limits bookings to 15 weddings per year, allowing an in-house Event Manager to give each event close attention. Couples have full flexibility to bring their own caterer, bar service, rental company, florist, photographer, and entertainment — no required packages and no in-house vendor fees.

Lake Shore Village Resort is a family-owned lakefront property set on 18 acres along 3,500 feet of Lake Horace shoreline in Weare, New Hampshire. Operated by the Colburn Family for over 75 years, the resort features 19 private lake homes ranging from two to five bedrooms — each with direct lake access and private docks — making it a destination venue where wedding parties and guests can gather for a full weekend rather than a single evening. Weddings unfold across several settings on the property. Ceremonies take place on the resort's private beach, with receptions held under a heated 40' x 80' tent featuring a granite floor and lakefront views for up to 150 guests. A dedicated rehearsal dinner tent and a post-wedding farewell breakfast round out the weekend, alongside on-site coordination and a preferred vendor list for catering, photography, and entertainment. Year-round amenities — including an indoor pool, hot tub, game room, kayaks, paddleboards, fishing boats, a pontoon, and pickleball courts — give guests plenty to enjoy beyond the event itself. Windsor Mansion Inn is a Colonial Revival mansion set high on a hilltop above Windsor, Vermont, with views over the Connecticut River Valley, Lake Runnemede, and Mount Ascutney. Built in 1902 with design input from sculptor Augustus Saint-Gaudens, a family friend of the original owners, the mansion is recognized as the largest Colonial Revival-style mansion in the United States and is listed on the National Historic Register. Three U.S. Presidents have stayed at the property, and several of its 16 guest rooms and demi-suites carry their names, including the Theodore Roosevelt Suite, the Calvin Coolidge Room, and the Woodrow Wilson Suite. Restored in 2016, the inn sits on 15 acres with a multi-tiered terrace and a 12-person custom firepit overlooking the surrounding hills. More than 5,000 square feet of indoor event space, together with its outdoor terraces and lawn, host weddings for up to 130 guests as well as reunions, corporate retreats, bridal and baby showers, and anniversary parties. The Victorian Mansion brings an elegant, architectural quality to ceremonies and formal receptions, while the Carriage House offers a more casual space well suited for dining and dancing.
