The property centers on a 1928 Colonial Revival home — named for Daniel Cauffiel, the du Pont company's chief legal officer — that has been carefully restored with mid-20th century furnishings and décor. Morris Arboretum & Gardens is a 92-acre public garden in Philadelphia's Chestnut Hill neighborhood, affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania. For weddings, the arboretum offers exclusive access to its woodlands, meadows, and gardens, with couples choosing from five distinct ceremony locations across the grounds, including the Rose Garden and the Log Cabin. Cocktail hour can take place at Out on a Limb, a treetop platform roughly 40 feet above ground with views across the property, before guests move to a tented reception on the Front Lawn strung with bistro lighting. Full weddings accommodate up to 175 guests, or 155 with a designated dance floor, and run from April through October.
