The Daniel Webster Room is a ballroom appointed with original 1930s chandeliers, suited for receptions and formal dinners. The Great Hall features ceiling-high archways and original paned glass French doors, providing an elegant indoor ceremony and gathering option. Brothers Francis and Harlan Phelps expanded the property in the late 1800s, adding the third floor and porches that still define its look today, and the Inn's historic guest list has included Ulysses S. Grant, Daniel Webster, and Ralph Waldo Emerson. After decades of decline, the Windham Foundation purchased and restored the Inn in 1965, preserving its country-inn character while modernizing its individually decorated rooms. The Foundation continues to own and operate the property today as the cornerstone of the village. The 23rd Street Armory is the historic home of the First Troop Philadelphia City Cavalry, an active Pennsylvania National Guard cavalry unit founded in 1774 and headquartered in the building since 1900. Situated on 23rd Street between Market and Chestnut, within walking distance of 30th Street Station, the armory pairs its working military history with event space for weddings, corporate gatherings, markets, trade shows, and galas. The Ring is the armory's signature space: a versatile, clear-span floor of more than 13,000 square feet that once housed the Troop's mounted horses before the building was mechanized during World War II. It transforms readily from an elegant reception with video walls and butlered hors d'oeuvres to a more relaxed gathering with lounge furniture and food trucks, and includes the adjoining Officers Quarters, a formal entrance and library often used as a green room or check-in area. Upstairs, the recently renovated Dining Room and Museum offers a more intimate setting of about 3,500 square feet, with wainscoting, gilded antique paintings, crystal chandeliers, and the First City Troop's own historical collection one floor below. For larger events, the Ring and the Dining Room and Museum can be booked together, with the Ring doubling as private indoor parking for roughly 60 cars. The Historic Philander Chase Knox Estate sits within Valley Forge National Historical Park, the site where General George Washington's army encamped from 1777 to 1778 during the Revolutionary War, surrounded by 3,500 acres of rolling meadows and towering trees. Built in the late 1700s, the estate once served as the summer home of Philander Chase Knox, who held office as U.S. Attorney General, Secretary of State, and U.S. Senator, and is located just over the Knox Covered Bridge. The estate hosts covered outdoor celebrations for up to 200 guests from April through October. Ceremonies take place on a manicured lawn overlooking wildflowers and Valley Creek, cocktail hour unfolds on a slate patio or amid the period furniture of the estate's living and dining rooms, and receptions are held under a state-of-the-art, fully carpeted 50-by-80-foot tent with built-in event lighting, reclaimed barn wood farm tables, and walnut crossback chairs. A private bridal suite and a private bridesmaids' suite, each with its own powder room, are available for the wedding party. The National Park Service has leased the estate to Valley Forge Park Events, LLC, a partnership between Robert Ryan Catering & Design and The Party Center, which provides event management and day-of coordination for every celebration held on the property.

The Haddon Fortnightly — a women's civic organization founded in 1894 — acquired the property in 1931 and has maintained it as its headquarters since. The structure is listed on both the New Jersey and National Registers of Historic Places. Four spaces are available for private rental — The Foyer, The Club Room, The Tea Room, and The Auditorium — and the entire building can be reserved for larger events.
