888 BANQUET & EVENT SPACE: China Live is an interactive culinary and cultural destination located at the entrance to San Francisco's Chinatown, offering a comprehensive look into Greater Chinese cuisine. Our goal is to demystify Chinese ingredients and cuisine while also educating guests about the country's rich history and cultural heritage. China Live can accommodate small gatherings of 10 individuals to large reception-style events with up to 825 people and many sensory experiences. MARKET RESTAURANT: Our first-floor restaurant offers a seasonal menu that changes daily and is prepared at eight specialized stations that combine traditional Chinese and Western culinary technology. A major dining space serves as the focal point, with handcrafted seats and tables made from reclaimed Chinese elm in China. These exhibition kitchens, which have plenty of bar seating, allow you to get a closer look at the skilled chefs at work. The wok station combines European and Chinese flair, with a state-of-the-art Hestan range on one side and an extensive custom-designed wok line by Joe Yick, a third-generation family business in San Francisco, on the other. The charcuterie station features a deep wood-fired oven, similar to a pizza oven in concept, but serving classic roast duck and chicken instead. DESIGN: A Chinese clay oven, similar to an Indian tandoor, is a three-foot tall receptacle resembling an enormous vase that sustains low heat over charcoal fire for an extended period of time, suitable for low and slow roasting pork. Dumplings, in particular, scream Chinese cuisine. This station, which serves as the restaurant's focal point, is equipped with enormous cast iron pans for cooking pot stickers and a variety of steamed and pan-fried dumplings. Finally, a dessert bar to quench your sweet desire.

The food at Nari, a modern Thai restaurant, is inspired by the cuisine of Thailand's past yet prepared with an eye toward the present. The term "woman" in Thai has its origins in Sanskrit, which is where our name, "Nari," comes from. A personal love letter to the women in her life who taught her how to cook and, more importantly, how to eat, Nari is our chef and owner Pim's tribute to generations of Thai women who laid the foundation for Thai cuisine. There's also The Board Room, our newest private dining space, located in the annex building and featuring a 140-year-old tree that was transformed into a dining table by a local carpenter. The Board Room is located on the ground floor, directly across from our newly remodeled courtyard, and is easily accessible. TABLE WITH BAY LAUREL TREE It is possible to have up to 6 guests at the Bay Laurel Tree Table, which is a semi-private al fresco dining experience. This table can be found in the courtyard, beneath our historic bay laurel tree, on the right. From April to October, this table is available on a seasonal basis.

OUR STORY: Del Popolo began operations as a mobile pizzeria in May 2012, operating out of a glass-enclosed shipping container on the back of a Freightliner truck and serving Neapolitan-inspired pizza. In November 2015, we inaugurated our brick-and-mortar restaurant, which serves the same naturally-leavened, wood-fired pizza that we have been obsessing over since 2012, as well as market-driven antipasti and a carefully curated list of wine and beer selections. Our pizza truck is still on the streets of San Francisco, and we are happy to offer you the option of eating your pizza in a chair if you would prefer not to stand up. With a glass of wine, of course. Come and spend some time with us! THE GARDEN: Private and heated, The Garden is an outdoor dining room located just behind Del Popolo that can accommodate up to 100 people. It is available for sitting lunches and dinners for up to 40 guests or standing receptions for up to 50 guests throughout the year. MAIN DINING ROOM: Tuesday through Sunday evenings, Del Popolo's dining room is available for private parties to rent. We can accommodate up to 60 people sitting and 75 people reception-style. RESTAURANT + GARDEN BUYOUT: Monday through Sunday, Del Popolo is available for a full restaurant buyout at a discounted rate. You can choose to have a standing reception in The Garden prior to dinner in the main dining room, or vice versa, depending on your preferences. The spaces are divided by a stairway and a hallway and do not overlap, although they can accommodate a total of 100 people seated and 125 people standing when used in combination.

With a Skylight view of the Transamerica Pyramid and a location on the 4th floor of Wayfare Tavern, the Sequoia was created to be a show-stopping experience. It's the ideal private lounge and event space for your next gathering. Large and small gatherings alike will benefit from this versatile piece of furniture.. The vault has been repurposed into a secret seating area, as part of the legendary Ken Fulk's creative vision, which pays homage to the building's history. The room is fully equipped with Sonos surround sound and televisions for presenting or watching sporting events, among other things. Our private room on the second floor is available for rent as a pool room or as a dining room for up to 20 people. The pool table can be transformed into a dining table with a wood top that can accommodate up to 14 guests. The Billiards Room is located on the second floor, within the warm and inviting wood-paneled library. The room can accommodate a maximum of 14 people. An antique tin ceiling, a vintage red felt pool table that can also serve as a dining table, and double-paned glass doors distinguish the Billiards Room from the other areas of the hotel. This area, which is equipped with a high-definition flat screen television that broadcasts all major sports and entertainment channels, is the ideal place to play pool, watch sporting events, and eat some of our canapés or family-style favorites while watching sports.

E&O Kitchen and Bar is a modern Asian restaurant and event venue established in 1997, situated in the heart of San Francisco one block from Union Square. Spanning three floors at 314 Sutter Street, the restaurant offers seven distinct private dining and event spaces that accommodate groups from 10 to 400 guests — from intimate seated dinners for 16 in the Pearl Room to a full three-floor buyout for up to 400 standing guests. Each space reflects E&O's Southeast Asian-inspired aesthetic, with design details that include carved woodwork, Shantung Scroll wall coverings, and warm, adjustable lighting. The mezzanine level offers multiple configurations — from a semi-private perch overlooking the main dining room to a fully private gathering area for up to 150 seated guests — giving planners the flexibility to match the space to the event. The fully private Cinnabar Room on the lower level features distinctive red walls, wood-beamed ceilings, and built-in marble bars. Brix Restaurant and Gardens in Yountville, California opened on March 28, 1996 with a clear focus on providing a farm-to-table dining experience. More than two acres of gardens and orchards provide ingredients for a new menu inspired by the culinary traditions of Northern California, accented by international technique. Owned by the Kelleher family, the restaurant’s name reflects the measurement of sugar levels at which the grapes for the Kelleher Family Vineyard’s Cabernet Sauvignon are harvested. Brix Restaurant and Gardens “Best of Award of Excellence” and Napa Valley Wine List Award wine list is California focused including hard-to-find bottlings and featuring winery exclusive Napa offerings. Their corkage policy is $20 per 750ml bottle, limited to one bottle per person per table with a maximum of 6 bottles. We waive one corkage for every bottle that is purchased from our list. Set on 16 prime Napa Valley acres, the grounds are abundantly planted with vegetables and herbs in 25 raised beds. They also have a fruit and citrus orchard alongside extensive flowering gardens which we encourage you to explore. Last but not least, their Kelleher Family Vineyard is in the Oakville AVA and they bottle a highly rated estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon. The dual themes of winemaking and farm-to-table cuisine run through the three private dining rooms at Brix. Stunning views of the vineyards are the focus in our two Provencal-inspired rooms adjacent to the main dining room. Inside the main dining room, they offer the gorgeous Reserve Cellar for smaller parties, where guests are surrounded by tastefully displayed cases of wine in a red-hued room. The Chinese Culture Center of San Francisco (CCC) is a nonprofit arts and cultural organization founded in 1965, occupying 20,000 square feet on the third floor of the Hilton Hotel at the junction of the Financial District and historic Chinatown. Established during the Civil Rights Movement to combat racism and displacement in Chinatown, CCC opened its Kearny Street site in 1973 as a landmark concession to the growing movement in Chinatown around community land use.
