Ruth's Chris Steak House Indianapolis Northside is a locally and family-owned franchise that has been welcoming guests since 1994. Situated at Ironworks at Keystone on the north side of Indianapolis, the restaurant brings the signature USDA Prime steakhouse experience to a setting built around "a celebratory energy" — where guests are equally at home with familiar faces and new company. For private events, the venue offers six dedicated spaces ranging from an intimate boardroom for 10 to a grand upper-level hall accommodating up to 200 guests. Each room is equipped with HDTVs and sound systems at no rental or tech fee, with dedicated service throughout. The in-house events team handles everything from rehearsal dinners and corporate meetings to large receptions and holiday celebrations.

The Kimball Ballroom occupies the ground floor of Lela Raney Wood Hall on the historic Stephens College campus in Columbia, Missouri. Built in 1938 and restored in 2006, the 6,000-square-foot room is distinguished by floor-to-ceiling arched windows, hardwood floors, a working fireplace, a grand piano, and gold chandeliers. The ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests at banquet tables or 350 in a standing reception layout, making it well suited for weddings, galas, and fundraisers of varying scales. Modern event infrastructure is built into the space: a digital projector with a 16-by-12-foot retractable screen, programmable lighting, and automated window shades. A vintage soda shop with a working fountain doubles as a refreshment station and photo backdrop. On-site catering through American Dining and Creations is available, and a dedicated event coordinator is included with each rental. The adjacent Kimball Conference Room on the mezzanine level of the same building accommodates up to 20 guests and can be reserved alongside the ballroom.

Falling Waters Resort is a 22-acre outdoor retreat tucked into the Nantahala River Gorge near Bryson City, North Carolina, approximately 75 miles west of Asheville. Set among Rhododendron and Mountain Laurel with two on-site ponds and a waterfall, the property looks out over Fontana Lake, the Nantahala National Forest, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park — a backdrop that changes character with every season. Weddings here are offered as a full-resort buyout. Couples reserve the entire property — including the yurt village and an Appalachian barn-style group lodge — for two full nights, giving the wedding party a private valley from rehearsal dinner through reception. The property centers on the four-story Fava Building — a Baltimore City landmark whose iconic red cast iron façade was one of twelve to survive the great Baltimore fire of 1904, later restored as home to the Baltimore City Life Museum. Today it hosts weddings, galas, mitzvahs, memorial celebrations, and corporate events across four distinct indoor and outdoor spaces. The fourth-floor Ballroom spans over 5,000 square feet, seating up to 230 guests beneath crystal chandeliers with panoramic views of the Inner Harbor. The Museum of Life and Science is a nonprofit science and nature museum set on an 84-acre campus in Durham, North Carolina. Founded in 1946, the museum has grown into a regional institution that combines a two-story science center, an AZA-accredited zoo with more than 60 live animal species — including black bears, lemurs, and Red Wolves — and one of the East Coast's largest butterfly conservatories. The Aerospace wing houses one of North Carolina's largest collections of Apollo-era NASA artifacts. For private events, the museum opens its distinctive spaces for after-hours gatherings of up to 180 guests, as well as daytime meetings. Couples can hold ceremonies in the Butterfly House Conservatory, on the two-acre Hideaway Woods nature playscape, or under the Special Events Tent and Lawn.
