Built in 1787, the Morris House Hotel occupies one of Philadelphia's most intact examples of Colonial residential architecture, a National Historic Landmark in the city's Historic District. The Morris family lived in the home for more than 120 years, and later restoration work in 1914 expanded the property's garden by removing an adjoining structure — the same garden that now anchors the hotel's events. The Morris House Hotel hosts weddings, rehearsal dinners, and private celebrations across several distinct spaces, from the 4,800-square-foot Courtyard Garden, with its wrought iron gates and French-countryside feel, to the Morris House Library and the Garden Building, both suited to more intimate indoor gatherings. Pleasant Hill Mansion is a preserved antebellum mansion set atop one of the highest points at The Governors Club, overlooking the club's golf course in Brentwood, just outside Nashville. Built in 1854, the mansion was at one time listed in the National Registry of Historic Landmarks, giving the property a sense of history that few Nashville-area venues can match. Available for rental by members and non-members alike, the mansion suits everything from an intimate dinner party to a large wedding ceremony and reception, accommodating up to 250 guests. Couples can exchange vows in front of the mansion's gazebo, then celebrate with an indoor reception or move the party outdoors to the sprawling lawn, whether under a tent or dining al fresco among the gardens. At the heart of the property stands Tressie's Celebration Center, a restored century-old farmhouse built out for modern events. The Gables at Chadds Ford occupies a pre-revolutionary dairy barn in Pennsylvania's Brandywine Valley, its raised gabled roofline, exposed timber frame, and wall of French windows carried over from the original structure. Owner Ann Kolenick took over the property in 2011 after running McCurdy's On Moonlight Bay in North Carolina, and the kitchen has built its reputation on farm-to-table American cuisine sourced from local purveyors, including desserts that have won multiple festival awards. For private events, the second-floor banquet room offers a private entrance, deck, bar, and restrooms beneath its gabled ceiling and timber frame, hosting anywhere from 30 to 140 guests. A landscaped garden with a stone wall and water feature provides a backdrop for outdoor ceremonies of up to 140 guests, and a bridal suite gives wedding parties a private space to dress and relax before the event. Ayr Mount is a Federal-era brick house set in the North Carolina Piedmont near Hillsborough, built in 1815 for the merchant William Kirkland and his wife, Margaret. Kirkland named the house for his former home in Ayr, Scotland, and commissioned it after establishing himself as one of Hillsborough's leading merchants — a grand brick residence that stood apart in a region of modest wooden dwellings. Once the center of a working farm of more than 500 acres, the property is crossed by a colonial-era road that traces a much older Native American trail. The house showcases the craftsmanship of the early nineteenth century, including the brick masonry of William Collier, the decorative joinery and mantels of Elhannon Nutt, and the stair and wainscoting of John Joyner Briggs. Acquired by Richard H. Jenrette in 1985 and carefully restored to its original paint colors and furnishings, Ayr Mount remains a remarkably intact example of the period and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Today the house and grounds are stewarded by the Richard Hampton Jenrette Foundation, which opens the site for tours, educational programs, and events.

Cloverdale Barn is a restored historic barn set on a working cattle farm in Winchester, Virginia, about 65 minutes from Northern Virginia. The barn dates back roughly 200 years and was brought back from years of storm and tornado damage through a 10-day restoration by Amish craftsmen, a project the family undertook so their own children could marry there. Today it hosts weddings, birthdays, baptisms, graduations, reunions, and company gatherings. The barn offers a 40-by-80-foot event space with an additional lower "bank" area that serves as a rain-alternative or extra gathering spot, and the property includes a pond and rock area often used for outdoor ceremonies. String and globe lighting are part of the barn rental, along with oak farm tables, a maple round table, and whiskey and wine barrels available at no charge for decor. Couples are free to bring their own caterer, DJ, cake decorator, planner, and other vendors, and acres of on-site field parking accommodate large gatherings. A bridal-changing cottage is available separately, and a two-station restroom trailer can be added for larger events.

The current two-tower structure, completed with the addition of the East Tower in 1984, is the largest hotel in Kentucky and holds the distinction of being Louisville's only waterfront hotel. Creative Saints Loft, located in the Hyattsville Arts District, is a cozy, modern location where you can let your imagination run wild. The Creative Saints Loft has a total space of nearly 4500 square feet! Art displays, photo shoots, workshops, celebrations, book signings, EP releases, classes, and more may all be held here! We invite you to express yourself through our white open space, painted walls, and bright décor. The Gallery has a total area of 2200 square feet of open white space. Your imagination may flow with light rustic floors, white walls, exposed ceilings, and exposed duct work! Consider the look of Industrial Chic. This venue has a capacity of 95 people. This room comes equipped with 75 white folding seats and 8 5-foot round tables, so renting preferred tables and chairs is not necessary! Remember that around 500 square feet of this space is open to the top mezzanine level (which has double the ceiling height)! This area has a SONOS sound system and a four-hour minimum rental period. Murals and artwork abound! The loft has 650 square feet of space, which is excellent for a group of up to 40 people (with the den included). This area includes 30 coral-colored seats and six 6-foot fold-up tables. With one of our larger murals and already vibrant dcor, only the bare necessities are required to make this area your own. A refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and 65-inch television are included. You can also use the colored cabinetry, chairs, and side tables in this area. The space is bathed in natural light thanks to two wide windows. There are no tablecloths or linens provided. Due to its location on the second floor, this facility is not wheelchair accessible. This area is equipped with a SONOS sound system. The Den is a fully equipped lounge room with 400 square feet. It provides seating for 10 people, with a couch, lounge chairs, stools, and a bright green chair and table set among the options. With three mural walls, the possibilities for photography are unlimited. The DEN is equipped with a SONOS audio system. With seating for 20, the Courtyard offers an entire feel. We are confident that you will enjoy the 850 square feet of space, which has vibrant colors, a deck, turf, and a vegetation wall. The neon sign that reads "Say Yes To New Adventures" and overhead rope lighting make this establishment come alive at night. The SONOS sound system is also installed in the Courtyard. The studio is a 400 square foot area with a lot of personality. The room features one window that lets in plenty of natural light, as well as white walls and floors. Backdrops come in a variety of hues, including black, white, yellow, pink, and blue, and can be purchased as an add-on. The studio contains a three-person table and a couch for shooting comfort. A mini refrigerator, record player, and bluetooth speaker, as well as a clothes rack and steamer, are available for your use in the room. It should be mentioned that no food is permitted in this area, and the maximum capacity is limited to 7 people. The space is located on the second floor and has a two-hour minimum rental period.
