The Kemerer Museum of Decorative Arts occupies three interconnected mid-1800s homes in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and is Pennsylvania's only decorative arts museum, one of just fifteen such institutions nationwide. Founded in 1954 through the bequest of Annie S. Kemerer, the museum houses her personal collection of Pennsylvania German textiles, Bohemian glass, and a 200-piece wedding china set, displayed alongside period rooms and rotating exhibits of furniture, paintings, and silver across two floors. Its grounds include gardens designed by Scott Rothenberger's PLACE, featuring stainless steel sculptures by Bethlehem native Skip Kralik. The Farmhouse accommodates 12 to 24 guests and can be booked for day use or overnight stays, with 12 guest rooms available on-site. Known as Americas earliest industrial center, the site is part of the Historic Moravian Bethlehem National Historic Landmark District and the Moravian Church Settlements UNESCO World Heritage Inscription. By 1747, the Moravian settlement here operated 35 different crafts and industries, including mills, tanneries, and textile operations powered by the creek. For events, the Colonial Industrial Quarter pairs outdoor ceremony space among its historic buildings with cocktail hours and receptions inside the Luckenbach Mill, creating a rustic, historical backdrop for weddings, parties, and corporate gatherings. The building originally served as home, church, and classroom to the Moravian settlers who founded the city, and it now anchors the Moravian Church Settlements–Bethlehem World Heritage Site. For private events, the museum opens its Saal, the community's first place of worship, where vows have been exchanged since colonial times. The Saal accommodates up to 60 guests seated for a reception or 80 for a ceremony or theater-style gathering, while the Gemeinhaus overall holds up to 100 people. Water Gap Country Club traces back to Wolf Hollow Country Club, whose 18-hole championship golf course was completed in 1922 by Robert White, a founder of the PGA. From 1926 to 1928 the course hosted the Eastern Open, drawing legends of the game including Gene Sarazen and Walter Hagen. The club went bankrupt during World War II and sat vacant for fifteen years before local golf figure Howard Knickman purchased and restored the grounds in 1957, reopening it as Water Gap Country Club. Today the resort sits on 160 acres in the Poconos, on the doorstep of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area and the Appalachian Trail, with the championship golf course as its backdrop. It's the uppermost of Kirkridge's rental facilities, built for groups of 16 to 27 people gathering for retreats, meetings, and private events between mid-March and mid-December. Both the meeting room and dining room take in scenic mountain views and sunsets, and the group can gather around a large stone fireplace in the dining room or spread out on a wooden deck. The Appalachian Trail runs adjacent to the property, offering an easy option for a hike between sessions. A freestanding efficiency cottage next door was once the home-away-from-home of priest and activist Fr. Daniel Berrigan. The lodge includes a fully equipped kitchen, twin-bed sleeping rooms, and two large meeting rooms with countryside views, plus a common room in the upper sleeping area. All bathrooms are single-stall and gender neutral. Access is largely step-free — the meeting room, dining room, and five sleeping rooms require no steps, and amplified sound is available for groups that need it.

The congregation behind it — a ministry of First Congregational Church of Montclair — has championed inclusive values for nearly 150 years, hosting Montclair's first same-gender marriage in October 2013 and explicitly welcoming interfaith, unaffiliated, same-gender, and non-traditional couples. For events, Burnside Plantation offers an outdoor setting of meadows, gardens, and rustic barns that suits weddings, ceremonies, corporate gatherings, and other celebrations.
