City Tap House DC prides themselves on using locally sourced ingredients. Their chefs are experts in their craft and, like their favorite brewers, champion innovation, integrity and hard work. Above all, City Tap House DC's goal is to see their food and craft beer enhance your special event and ensure it is one your guests will love. For City Tap House DC, craft is everything. “Craft” is most often defined as doing things by hand. For City Tap House DC, craft is complex, innovative beers. Craft is food that inspires and surprises the palate. Craft is service that delights and exceeds expectations. Most importantly, craft means championing love and integrity in every aspect of what they do. From India Pale to Berliner Weisse, Fruited Wheats to Barrel-Aged Stouts, the world of craft beer is rich with variety and innovation. With so much beer to try, entering this world can feel overwhelming. Throw in jargon like “hoppy-ness,” “cask-conditioned,” and “brettanomyces” — it’s easy to drown in the vocabulary of craft beer alone! But that’s why City Tap House DC is here: to make craft beer accessible to all. In City Tap House DC's kitchen, craft comes first. Like beer slowly fermenting in a tank, their food is prepared with equal parts precision and patience. Umaya will delight your senses in every way, from the refreshing décor to the Asian comfort food and the scent of the Izakaya grill.. Umaya brings a much-needed Izakaya presence to the nation's capital, which was previously lacking. A wide selection of beer and sake will be available at Umaya, which will complement the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere of the restaurant. Every few months, the seasonal menu will be updated, but favorite staples will remain on the menu. In Japanese, the word 'Umaya' literally translates as a 'place that tastes good.' The French Riviera has always been a meeting point for people, cultures, and culinary traditions. With such abundance and diversity, we founded FIG & OLIVE to capture the essence of the French Riviera, which is built on a foundation of genuine ingredients, a keen understanding of flavor, and an ambiance that celebrates the love of life and culture that are synonymous with the region. Fig & Olive's cuisine is guided by a philosophy that starts, first and foremost, with a love and respect for the ingredients that are used in the preparation of the dishes. Every dish, whether it's paper-thin carpaccios, a fruity blood orange infused olive oil, a supple burrata, or an aged balsamic vinegar, is served without compromising on quality or taste. Taking inspiration from the region's love of premium-quality olive oil, we cook with minimal use of heavy sauces and creams, instead focusing on the fresh flavors that are essential to the Mediterranean Diet. The moment you walk into one of our restaurants, you will be greeted by an abundance of natural light, outdoor terraces, the scent of rosemary, and music that has been carefully selected. Every effort is made to ensure that our guests feel pampered and special during their stay. In our bar, lounges, or dining rooms, you can get away from it all with a delicious cocktail, a wine list selected by a sommelier, and a culinary journey unlike any other. Bienvenue.

In addition to the District Made line of spirits made from grains to glass, One Eight Distilling also produces the Untitled Experimental series of spirits. Based in the Ivy City neighborhood of Washington, DC, the company operates a distillery, a cocktail bar, and an event space for private parties. One Eight's mission is to create the finest spirits in the nation's capital while maintaining a small footprint. Every Saturday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. in The Still Yard, One Eight Distilling will once again offer outdoor and indoor bar service. Guests can sip on District Made cocktails made with spirits produced on-site and using locally sourced ingredients, or they can sample spirits from the District Made Spirits and Untitled Whiskey flights. SPACE FOR EVENTS Consider holding your next gathering in one of the distillery's beautiful event spaces. From intimate cocktail and tasting events for small groups of up to 10 people in our Spirit Safe to large-scale events for up to 150 guests, we will ensure that you and your guests have an unforgettable experience. TOUR GUIDES AND TASTING APPLICATIONS ONLINE Private virtual tours and tastings provide a one-of-a-kind experience for groups ranging from 8 to 50 people. The journey, which takes place via Google Meet with a One Eight Distiller, can take anywhere between 60 and 90 minutes. It will be an interactive session where the maker will cover everything from the origins of our ingredients to the distillation process and barrel selection, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and taste along the way.
