Gainey Vineyard is a fourth-generation family winery and event venue set on the Home Ranch property in Santa Ynez, California — in the heart of Santa Barbara wine country. The original 1,800-acre ranch was established by the Gainey family more than 60 years ago as a working cattle and agricultural operation; the family converted 50 acres to grapevines in 1984 and built the estate into one of the Santa Ynez Valley's signature vineyard destinations. Eight event spaces accommodate gatherings of all sizes, from an intimate 20-guest dinner in the Club Lounge to a 750-guest celebration in the Circular Courtyard. Spaces range across outdoor lawns, a shaded terrace framed by ancient oaks, a working barrel room inside the original winery structure, a private cellar dining room, and the landmark 1891 Barn — a beautifully preserved historic structure surrounded by meadows and oak trees. The Terrace and Vineyard View Lawn both offer sweeping panoramas of the Santa Ynez Valley. Kestrel Park can be found in the Santa Ynez Valley, which is adjacent to the town of Santa Ynez and can be reached in thirty minutes from Santa Barbara. Our private estate serves as the setting for a select few of the events that we host each year due to the nature of our boutique and exclusive location. This guarantees that the grounds are kept in pristine shape at all times and that our customers are not hurried whether checking in or checking out (which can happen at venues that book events back to back). The Kitchen Garden is only exposed after passing through the arched entryway and gives an unlimited selection of settings in which to be photographed or wander around while drinking a cocktail. It is set in a one-acre "room" that is totally enclosed by a 12 foot high Hornbeam hedge. A stone fruit orchard with 30 trees, including peach, pluot, plum, apricot, and nectarine, is included, in addition to a heritage apple and pear orchard with 30 trees and a big vegetable garden. The stone fruit orchard includes: peach, pluot, plum, apricot, and nectarine. A cutting garden with over 700 tall bearded irises, 300 David Austin roses (comprising approximately 60 distinct types), gladiolas, tuberose, daffodils, carnations, and a lavender garden has also been painstakingly included.

Sunstone Villa is an 8,500-square-foot Provençal-inspired estate nestled in California's Santa Ynez Valley, 35 minutes north of Santa Barbara. The property was built with reclaimed French materials — limestone walls salvaged from historic châteaus in Aix-en-Provence, Normandy, and the Loire Valley, and wood beams reclaimed from a 19th-century lavender factory in Avignon — creating an authentic European atmosphere set against the rolling vineyards and olive groves of Santa Barbara Wine Country. The Villa hosts weddings, corporate retreats, private celebrations, and intimate elopements across its courtyards, lavender gardens, and vineyard terraces. Eight limestone fireplaces warm the estate through cooler seasons, and the grounds feature ancient olive trees and sweeping vineyard views.
