Let your creativity go wild with weddings, corporate events, and family gatherings. Our Story The trees attracted us when we first walked into the land that would become Dos Arbolitos. A unique mix of towering bull pines, large post oaks, pin oaks, burr oaks, and live oaks grew alongside massive post oaks, pin oaks, burr oaks, and live oaks. The forest was alive with birds and there were acres of yellow coreopsis. Our goal has been to make this incredible setting our home while maintaining the natural beauty and calm that drew us to the property in the first place. We wanted to retain the solitude, tranquility, and serenity of the old forest by surrounding our new home inside it, as well as develop and conserve the unique woodland setting we had fallen in love with. We wanted to capture the sounds and sensations of the woods while also honoring the land and paying homage to early twentieth-century Texas. Everything we did in the construction of Dos Arbolitos was done with a distinct feeling of care. We tried to remember that special feeling we had the first day we walked onto the land and were calmed by the cool breezes in the middle of summer, enchanted by the choir of birds singing in the virgin forest, and eventually swept away by the natural woodland beauty of this place we knew would become our home with each step we took. Now we want to share Dos Arbolitos' beauty and peace with others.

A pleasant, private area where coworkers, friends, and family can meet together. Reunions, weddings, retreats, girls' weekends, and business events are all held here. In a variety of private and semi-private accommodations, the property can accommodate big parties of up to 50 people. Stay out of the ordinary in one of our 19 modern-rustic rooms located throughout the property. You can book the entire property up to two years in advance or a single room within a month. There are two interior spaces that are great for hosting parties, as well as 30 acres of outdoor space to create your ideal gathering beneath the shade of oak trees. The Gathering House and Two Bedroom Cottage both have full kitchens, and many of our cabins and suites have kitchenettes. Our overnight guests are welcome to utilize our pool. The entire property can be rented out to assure your group's privacy. We also welcome smaller parties who only need a portion of the facility or a couple who wants to rekindle their romance in their own private suite. As a mobile wedding company, they bring ceremonies directly to couples' chosen locations — public beaches, hotel properties, condos, beach houses, and state pavilions — across Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Miramar Beach, Panama City Beach, Pensacola Beach, and surrounding coastal areas. Each package is designed to provide everything needed for a beach ceremony in one place: an ordained officiant, professional photography, floral arrangements, decorations, and full setup and cleanup. Signature ceremony additions include the Seashell Ceremony, where guests select shells and make wishes at the ocean's edge, and the Sand Unity Ceremony, in which the couple combines sand into a heart-shaped glass container. Packages range from intimate ceremonies to more elaborate celebrations, with all reservations handled by phone. Horticultural expert Tom Tinguely lived in his country home for 25 years, manicuring his gardens and nurturing carefully chosen plants and flowers with love. In 2009 he moved downtown to be closer to his garden center, a South Congress landmark called The Great Outdoors. He stayed at the country home on the weekends, often hosting private parties for his friends and family. When Tom’s niece was engaged that same year, she searched for the perfect outdoor venue in Austin, and Tom graciously offered his magnificent gardens to host her wedding. Tom’s partner Danny Hatt, who coordinated events in Charleston, South Carolina moved to Austin in 2009 and he was eager to jump on board to take on the planning aspects of the wedding. His eye for style added the touches that transformed a small garden party into an elegant event and his experience in event coordination made the wedding a successful and memorable occasion. This garden wedding inspired Tom and Danny to open The Hummingbird House together and our first couple, Nadine and Andy, became husband and wife on April 10th, 2009! Since then, The Hummingbird House has hosted hundreds of events including weddings, charity events, anniversary parties, birthday celebrations, vow renewals, elopement galas, holiday gatherings, corporate events, graduation parties, and photo shoots!

In addition, our front grounds are open for outdoor wedding celebrations, and they provide a range of settings and vistas for your event. Our Pavilion Ballroom can accommodate parties ranging in size from 50 to 350 individuals. The dining rooms in the main house can accommodate groups ranging from 20 to 40 people. The Main House Dining Rooms are only available for groups of 20-40 people who have made a previous reservation. Guests can enjoy private gatherings (teas, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, formal or casual receptions, etc.) and intimate meals for groups of 20 to 40 individuals in the main house of Michabelle. Lunch and dinner menus can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. Michabelle Inn offers a range of wedding packages to meet your preferences, whether you are searching for a small outdoor ceremony/elopement or a large wedding and celebration. Michabelle has a long-standing wedding clientele and can host events both indoors and outdoors. When the weather permits, outdoor ceremonies are held on the front grounds of the main house on the estate. The ceremony will last approximately one hour. Please make reservations for the rehearsal times that you wish to attend. In addition, we have a Bridal Dressing Room available for your convenience. Please contact us for information on pricing and availability for elopement/ceremony-only packages and options. Customers who have booked wedding ceremonies or receptions at Michabelle Inn are the only ones who are permitted to take wedding photographs on the property. All other photography must have the owners' PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL before it can be used. There are no exceptions. This policy will be rigorously adhered to. Wedding receptions are hosted in the Pavilion Ballroom, which can accommodate 50 to 350 guests for a cost of $24 per person plus tax and service (alcohol not included). With the exception of wedding cakes, no outside catering businesses are permitted. We provide a number of bar services in a variety of packages that may be customized to meet the needs of any budget. Michabelle is responsible for providing and serving all alcoholic beverages in accordance with state legislation. We also have 150 parking spaces available on the premises. The standard reception duration is restricted to three hours per person. It is only permitted to bring in outside suppliers to provide flowers, decorations, and the wedding cake.

Ranch Austin is a wedding and private events venue in Southwest Austin, about 15 minutes from downtown, where longhorn cattle graze in the pasture and a windmill anchors the ceremony grounds. As the venue describes itself, it's "beautiful without her makeup on, stunning when all dolled up" — designed to suit both rustic and elegant styles rather than one look alone. The property combines a climate-controlled indoor banquet hall, seating up to 160 guests, with an outdoor space spanning more than 10,000 square feet of patio shaded by large oaks wrapped in white lights. Ceremonies can take place at the windmill or beneath the covered stage, and the outdoor patio includes a covered bar and a covered gas fire surround for cocktail hour and receptions. The venue provides two separate dressing rooms for the wedding party, a catering prep kitchen, and a 12-hour event access window, along with tables, chairs, and a preferred list of approved vendors for catering, rentals, and other event services.

One World Theatre is a nonprofit performing arts venue set in the hills west of Austin, about 15 minutes from downtown. Founded by percussionist Hartt Stearns and vocalist Nada Stearns, the nonprofit incorporated in 1997 and the theatre opened in July 1999 in a building constructed with recycled Styrofoam and straw-bale offices. For over 16 years, One World Theatre has been a venue choice for weddings and corporate events in the Texas Hill Country, offering a cathedral-like Performance Theatre, an elegant indoor Wedding Celebration Hall, and a tented outdoor Grand Piazza. The venue also features a private rooftop deck, sunset decks, and Austin Hill Country views. Event spaces come with sprung wood dance floors, superb acoustics, artisan-crafted detailing, a private suite with two dressing rooms, and a full TABC-licensed bar. The Grand Magnolia House is a historic Southern Colonial antebellum estate in Marshallville, Georgia, listed on the National Historic Register. Set on beautifully landscaped grounds among century-old pecan trees, the property has served as a center of celebration in Middle Georgia and carries a legacy of Southern charm and hospitality. The estate accommodates up to 225 guests across five distinct indoor and outdoor event areas — including a gazebo, a pergola, a front lawn, a 4,000-square-foot deck, and a bamboo garden — offering flexibility for ceremonies, receptions, and private events of many kinds. Indoors, the house provides two parlors, a veranda, and formal dining areas suited to more intimate gatherings, showers, corporate retreats, and reunions. Overnight lodging is available on-site, with five private rooms sleeping up to 14 guests, including a bridal suite with a dedicated dressing parlor. Rentals include outdoor chandeliers, tables, chairs, linens, parking attendants, a wedding day coordinator, and setup and breakdown service. A 30-by-50-foot white tent is available for weather protection, making the property a practical choice for outdoor events year-round.

River Oaks Garden Club, a member of The Garden Club of America, was founded in 1927 and has made numerous contributions to the Houston community in the areas of conservation, horticulture, and civic beautification. River Oaks Garden Club is a member of The Garden Club of America. The proceeds from the Azalea Trail are used to support the following ongoing projects: Louise Stevenson, a founding member of the River Oaks Garden Club, was the driving force behind the organization's inception. She persuaded her next-door neighbor, Hennie Cottingham, to join her in forming some sort of civic beautification organization to address the critical need for civic beautification in the River Oaks neighborhood. When the Garden Club's first official meeting was held on October 27, 1927, it was attended by 29 members, and it marked the beginning of a thriving and growing organization that was eventually admitted into the Garden Club of America in 1938. The members of the club quickly gained knowledge in the areas of gardening, garden design, horticulture, and flower arranging, among other things. They used their newfound knowledge to encourage others to get involved in improving the planted environment in Houston. There are no commercial, political, or fundraising purposes permitted on the Forum. Teen parties are also prohibited on the Forum. The maximum number of people who can fit into the space is 175. HPD security will be provided, and all functions must be completed and the building cleaned and vacated by midnight on the day of the rental agreement. The building manager must approve any outside catering, and all rental equipment must be picked up after the event unless otherwise agreed upon with the building manager.
