1712 Studios is a 10,000 sq ft industrial event venue in Seattle's SODO district, accommodating 50–400 guests. Exposed brick walls, soaring ceilings, flexible floor plans, and full AV capabilities — we're built for corporate events, private parties, product launches, fundraisers, and brand activations. Our space is available until 2am, one of the few venues in Seattle offering late-night flexibility. When WithinSodo was conceived, the Sodo building had existed as a metal shop, an industrial equipment sales location, and a warehouse for furniture storage. The bones were strong, the space open, and the character authentic. Highlighting the natural materials and creating a “function through form” design was the goal. We wanted to build a space that could adapt to and house a wide variety of events, from an hour-long photo shoot to a day-long corporate retreat and everything in between. The execution of a “flex space” required careful consideration to conform to as many different concepts as possible. The addition of kitchen and bar facilities as well as a rooftop deck brings an entirely new level of versatility and something unique to the Sodo neighborhood. The finished space consists of three dividable rooms of 1600 square feet each, a 3000 square foot roof deck, three bathrooms, a caterer’s kitchen, two bars, an 80" projection screen and audio ran throughout. With a total capacity of 500, WithinSodo caters to almost any type of event you can imagine. Our total allowed capacity is 625 – 450 downstairs and 175 upstairs. This ancient venue, which has been in existence for more than a century, is the perfect combination of rustic elegance and inexhaustible charm. Located along the banks of the pristine North Fork of the Skykomish River, this venue is surrounded by jagged snowcapped mountains, an emerald-flowing river, and magnificent granite cliffs. This beautiful event facility, which has been our exclusive venue for over 20 years, is located in the gorgeous 1900s-era old Fauntleroy Schoolhouse. The Hall at Fauntleroy, located in a peaceful tree-lined neighborhood yet only minutes from downtown Seattle, provides a variety of distinct indoor and outdoor settings. The ceilings are really high. Exposed brick adds warmth and texture to any room. There's also the charm of gentle light streaming in via wide windows that overlook a forested valley. There is a big raised dance floor in the Emerald Room, as well as an anteroom for the bride or other distinguished guests, among other amenities. It's a place that can accommodate up to 250 people yet feels both private and large at the same time. The Vashon Room is one of just a handful of indoor/outdoor event facilities in Seattle. The Vashon Room, with its high ceilings, simple, contemporary elements, and an abundance of natural light, is the ideal canvas for your creative vision to come to life. The Olson Mansion property, located in Maple Valley, Washington, is a 44-acre venue. An indoor or outdoor wedding at this historic monument will be unforgettable! Unique in its beauty and elegance, it is a one-of-a-kind setting for any occasion. An impressive 10,500 square foot home with a large parlour room, bridal suite, groom's room, and a wraparound deck with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. In addition, there is a newly rebuilt rustic barn that has been finished on both the exterior and the interior, and is clad in cedar siding. The Mansion, which was completed in 1906, has a total floor area of 10,500 square feet. There is a whole floor dedicated to a wedding suite and bridal party room, which is ideal for getting ready for and documenting your important day. In addition to a designated Groom's Quarters that's excellent for the males, the main floor has enough of space for immediate family to congregate and get ready in. While this barn was previously a working dairy barn when it was built in 1907, it was totally renovated in 2013 and is now the home of New Community Church as well as a rustic and exquisite wedding location. The Barn can accommodate 300 guests for a ceremony and 200 guests for a reception. It features a raised stage, toilets, heat, and air conditioning. We can't wait to show you everything!

Maroni Meadows is an outdoor wedding venue. It has 5 Acres that are private, serene, and beautiful. Maroni Meadows is a mixture of gardens of flowers and woods of towering majestic trees surrounded by 2 ponds and spacious open fields. Room for volleyball, bocci and other games. What makes Maroni Meadows so unique is the island-on-the-pond (just one of the ceremony sites). Historic Floral Hall sits within Everett's Forest Park, where beautiful hardwood floors, rich wood paneling, and a row of wagon-wheel chandeliers give the 3,000-square-foot hall its timeless character. A fireplace anchors the room, and the space opens onto a sunken garden that offers an easy backdrop for ceremonies and photographs. The single expansive hall seats up to 200 guests and comes equipped for full-scale celebrations: a full kitchen with commercial refrigeration and multiple stoves, a stage with podium, a projection screen, internet access, and on-site restrooms. Tables and 200 chairs are included, making it a practical choice for weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, and community gatherings. Operated by the City of Everett, Floral Hall offers hourly, all-day, and overnight rental packages throughout the week.
