Located on a historic farm and surrounded by the Cascade Mountains, our venue is the ideal setting for your special day. Our Wedding Package is designed to provide you, your family, and friends with a magical experience that is all yours. Up to 750 wedding guests can be accommodated at the Carnation Farm Wedding Weekend. Accommodations for up to 140 people Tables and chairs are provided as part of the site rental. Our culinary team prepares meals and beverages made from locally sourced ingredients. Our wedding weekends are completely customizable; you can choose from a variety of indoor and outdoor experiences, such as the ones below: The dining experience begins with dinner on the day of arrival and continues through brunch on the day of departure. Rehearsal Dinner Receptions with passed hors d'oeuvres Customization of the menu Menus that are tailored to each individual wedding event. There are options for both family style and coursed menus. The location for the engagement photo shoot Guidance for local resources and vendors, including those in the fields of beauty, décor, design, logistics, and welcome amenities for hotel guests. Photographer, florist, entertainment, rentals, tenting, and minister are some of the services available.

On Smokey Point Boulevard just off I-5 in Arlington, Washington, the Stilly Valley Center's main building was raised in the early 1970s by local seniors, volunteers, and donated labor after North Snohomish County residents organized the center in 1970 on a former motel site. That community-built hall now anchors the center's rental program, hosting wedding receptions, banquet dinners, anniversaries, and family reunions in the evenings and on weekends. The Main Hall is the center's largest rental space, holding up to 250 guests for dining and events when its side rooms are included, making it suited to receptions and banquets that call for a single large gathering space. Smaller rooms are also available for more intimate meetings and gatherings. A certificate of liability insurance is required for all rentals, and a banquet permit is needed for any event serving alcohol.

Located on lovely South Whidbey Island, roughly 30 minutes north of Seattle and a quick 15-minute ferry journey away, The Wayfarer offers a tranquil setting for its guests. It is a historic 5 acre Island farm with wide, undulating grounds, an orchard, a bridal house, and a groom's cabin on the property. The farm's mature trees and park-like setting make it the ideal location for a garden-style wedding replete with candle-lit chandeliers and string lights. The Wayfarer, with its magnificent views of the Bayview valley, is an ideal setting for a small island wedding, whether it is relaxing or exquisite in style. In addition, the property offers two barns to accommodate your guests: one that is whitewashed and bright for a possibly intimate ceremony or reception, and another that is dark and dingy for a more formal ceremony or celebration. The other barn, which features an exposed beam ceiling, an antique bar, and indoor/outdoor space, is ideal for cocktail hour and dancing after the main event. Urban Light Studios has recently merged our event space with our downtown Seattle venue, AXIS Pioneer Square. The amazing AXIS space and our helpful staff can provide everything you need to create your dream event, be it large or small. Urban Light Studios team of talented photographers remain available to you for all your photography needs. We are no longer accepting events at our Greenwood studios. With great pride, AXIS has preserved 10,000 square feet of space within the historic 1889 Globe Building as Seattle’s most exciting event space. We provide two separate but joinable spaces allowing an event capacity of 25-400+, depending on desired layout. AXIS is centered on a series of 18-foot brick arches blending seamlessly into antique wood floors, with a sprinkle of industrial modern design. AXIS is one of the only large capacity non-hotel event spaces in downtown Seattle and is easy walking distance to numerous downtown hotels, as well as the burgeoning Pioneer Square restaurant and bar scene (right out our back door). The modular AXIS space is designed by event professionals to allow you to customize your event within our stunning confines. This classic 1926 building with vaulted ceilings and beautiful picture windows is a perfect setting for any event. The charming historic room, located on the second floor of Greenwood Square accommodates 180 guests for receptions or up to 160 for buffet style dinners. Greenwood Square defines not only the spirit of Greenwood, but Seattle as a whole. It's the combination of continual change and forward thinking that puts Greenwood Square as a classic place to remember. In all of the event sites in the Pacific Northwest rare indeed are the facilities that have the classic style of Greenwood Square. With stunning exterior Old World architecture coupled with 2000 square feet of freshly renovated space, Greenwood Square joins the classic with modern.

Located in the gorgeous Cascade Foothills, only an hour south of Seattle, the Wallace Falls Lodge is a lovely 10 bedroom, 10 bathroom vacation rental lodge. Wallace Falls State Park, which borders the Lodge and offers guests over 12 miles of hiking trails as well as the iconic 265-foot cascade, is just a short drive away. This vacation rental property is ideal for a number of occasions, including celebrations, reunions, and business meetings, among others. Nestled in the magnificent Cascade Foothills on approximately ten acres, The Wallace Falls Lodge makes for a stunning and charming wedding setting. The sweeping green lawns, ceremonial arch, and backdrop of Cascade Mountain create the ideal location for a wedding ceremony. The Lodge is an excellent choice if you are looking for an outdoor venue that gives you the freedom to pick your own caterer and purchase your own wine, as well as the convenience of sleeping on site. However, the Lodge grounds can accommodate up to 300 guests in addition to the 120 included in our wedding packages. While staying at the Wallace Falls Lodge, your wedding party will be able to unwind and enjoy themselves. Featuring a spacious, well-furnished living room, dining room, kitchen, and private bathrooms in each of the cabin's ten bedrooms, our custom-built log lodge sleeps up to 20 people. For your convenience, our wedding package includes overnight accommodations for the night before your wedding, allowing your wedding team to set up and dismantle down at their leisure. Wedding parties often look forward to resting in the hot tub while taking in the breathtaking nighttime scenery. Is one night not enough for you? It is possible to add additional vacation nights before or after your wedding day. Finally, no wedding weekend is complete until the couple has carved their initials into the central log pillar within The Lodge—something they can look forward to seeing when they return to The Lodge to create more memories in the years to come!

The Center for Urban Horticulture is a 16-acre landscaped campus of the University of Washington Botanic Gardens, established in 1984 alongside the adjoining 74-acre Union Bay Natural Area, an ecological restoration laboratory where more than 200 bird species have been documented. Its buildings sit within display gardens and greenhouses used for horticultural research and education. At the center of the campus, Merrill Hall was the first certified "green building" on the UW Seattle campus and houses the Center's administrative offices, the Elisabeth C. Miller Library, and the Otis Douglas Hyde Herbarium. The Center rents both indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, mitzvahs, memorials, conferences, and retreats, accommodating groups of 20 to 200 guests indoors and up to 350 outdoors. NHS Hall, the Center's main reception venue, can be divided into three sections and opens onto McVay Courtyard, while the adjoining glass-enclosed Merrill Commons serves as supplementary space for dining, breakout sessions, and dancing. Outdoors, couples and groups can gather among the trees of Goodfellow Grove or on the open Event Lawn, surrounded by the Center's gardens.

Six acres of forest and a mile of walking trails surround Village Green Community Center, tucked a short walk from the Kingston-Edmonds and Kingston-Seattle Fast Ferry docks and the shops of Kingston's main street. Run largely by community volunteers, the center grew from a founding vision of one place where residents of every age could find fun, support, and community, and that mix still shows in its rental spaces: the Banquet Hall, formed by combining the Community, Windermere, and Blue Heron rooms, holds up to 200 guests for weddings, receptions, and large gatherings, while the smaller Summit Lounge and Meeting Room suit memorials, birthday parties, and business meetings. A commissary kitchen — one of the few available in North Kitsap — along with a picnic pavilion and additional meeting rooms round out the rental offerings, alongside the community's regular slate of senior fitness classes, pickleball and yoga sessions, and arts programming.

Stilly Brook Farm was first settled in 1889 by a pioneer family. A Swedish barn builder built the current barn in the 1920s near to the ancient Stillagaumish River channel. It still has its original cedar timbers and cathedral ceiling, which could hold up to 25 tons of hay at one time. For nearly a century, the farm remained operating, largely with modest crops and milk cows. Richard and Beverly Emery decided to develop the farm into an event center in the year 2000, with the goal of hosting weddings, religious events, and family reunions. The bottom floor was cleaned up and turned into a reception hall, and the property was landscaped into lovely gardens. The present owners, David and Terri Lundquist, and their five kids, are expanding on what the Emerys envisioned when they transformed this lonely farm into a place for everyone to enjoy. When you walk in, you'll notice that Stilly Brook Farm has paid attention to every detail in this newly remodeled location.

Wild Ginger Bellevue sits right on Bellevue Way NE, next door to the Bellevue Arts Museum and just across the street from Bellevue Square mall, in the Lincoln Square South stretch of downtown Bellevue. The restaurant moved into this address in 2017, a smaller footprint than its original Bellevue home at The Bravern, where it first opened in 2009 to mark parent restaurant Wild Ginger's 20th anniversary. Inside, SKB Architects designed the space to blend Asian influences with a more contemporary look, giving the room a casual but still dressed-up feel, with a main dining room, a bar, and private dining space set apart for events. The kitchen, led by Chef de Cuisine Milan Waduge, serves family-style dishes rooted in the cuisines of China and Southeast Asia, the same style Wild Ginger's founders picked up traveling through Malaysia, Burma, Thailand, Singapore, and Hong Kong back in the 1980s. The wine program has drawn recognition for how well it pairs with the menu, and bottles under $100 are half off on Sundays. Private dining and group meals are booked separately from the main dining room, so a party can be as small as an intimate dinner or as large as a bigger group reception.
