INTRODUCING GREYWIND by award-winning Chef Dan Kluger, offering an elevated dining experience in Hudson Yards that creatively highlights seasonal, local ingredients. To complement Chef Kluger’s menu, our beverage program focuses on small, up-and-coming producers, distillers, and brewers in New York. Opened in Spring '23, Greywind boasts an in-house bakery turning out baked goods, snacks, and grab-and-go lunch 7 days a week, to a full-service dining room and bar, to event venues on the 43rd floor of the Set building, to a cozy cocktail bar, Spygold, located just beneath the restaurant, complete with plush furniture and a fire-lit lodge atmosphere. OUR MENU Greenmarket-driven menus are filled with playful, contemporary takes on recognizable dishes. Putting bold, unexpected flavors on parade, Chef Kluger plays with a variety of complex plating and cooking techniques, while highlighting the simple, yet classic, rotisserie oven. Our beverage menus feature local regions, small producers, an impressive wine list, seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as non-alcoholic "placebos" which allow our guests who do not wish to consume alcohol to imbibe conscientiously.

EMP Studio is a thoughtfully designed 1,200 sq ft space tucked away in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn. With an open layout featuring exposed brick, soaring ceilings, and abundant natural light, the studio blends industrial charm with modern versatility—ideal for those looking to gather, create, and connect. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchenette, satellite bar, flexible furniture options, private restroom, storage space, and convenient street-level access. Whether you're hosting a celebratory dinner, curating a pop-up, launching a brand experience or simply in need of a stylish, functional space - EMP Studio adapts to meet the moment.

We built our space to be unique and original in many ways but also very minimalist and interchangeable. Our tasting room is 1,000 sf and the main feature here. Large windows open onto the sidewalk. Grey and concrete dominate the space, with 2 circular bar. One bar is a food corner with a simple kitchen set up good for food catering, pop ups or the DJ booth! Lights are all dimmable to create different moods. The main feature of the space is the large circular bar with 40 taps behind it and a big circular window that overlooks our production space. On tap we have a large selection of our cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), local beers, spirits and wine. There are 2 restrooms, one with handicap access. There is plenty of seating, bar seats, custom bench and circular tables, all can be moved or removed.

Dobbin St is a tailored event space centrally located in Williamsburg, steps away from picturesque McCarren park. A transformed Brooklyn factory that exudes a minimalist and luxury feel, boasting stunning Manhattan skyline views and vaulted 22 foot ceilings. The venue combines 8,900 sq ft of indoor and outdoor space. Dobbin St was designed with the sole intention to create the most exceptional and stunning event experience. Our clients have the use of 4,250 sq ft of internal space, and a 750 sq ft dedicated client mezzanine. A 900 sq ft courtyard is the beautiful hidden gem that completes the space. ​ Our client floor includes a client suite with an en-suite bathroom and a private lounge with floor to ceiling glass windows. This provides an elegant oasis to escape and observe your guests having fun. One flight up is a 3,000 sq ft terrace - an exquisite setting for a wedding ceremony or open air event.

We are an elegant venue in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. With over 3,500 sq. ft. the venue can accommodate a 200 person cocktail event or 150 person seated dinner. There are several amenities included in the space such as: - Thorough cleaning of establishment - Staff onsite (experienced staff) - Extra hours for set-up/decor - Seating (max seating cap is 150. Carroll Hall is a rare and unexpected event space featuring a botanic garden in Brooklyn. The space encompasses a total of 10,000 square feet, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor areas. For indoor events, we have an open warehouse space, a skylit indoor catering room, and a private mezzanine lounge. Ultimately, the garden is the heart of our space, created as a quiet retreat among plants, birds, insects, and urban wildlife. Tucked in the back of our garden is a discreet wooden "treehouse", perfect for a quiet moment during any event. Carroll Hall and Dameron Architecture were awarded the 2022 AIA New York Design Award Citation for Reclaiming Urban Space. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our very foundation, which uses original bricks and existing ceramic brick walls from the prior warehouse structure, and most of the interior wood is reclaimed. Located at 28 West 36th Street in Manhattan, we have three indoor loft spaces and a roof deck with a gorgeous view of the Empire State Building and other midtown landmarks.
