Weddings at Union is the wedding program of Union Congregational Church, a century-old stone church on a wide residential street in Upper Montclair, New Jersey. The sanctuary seats up to 400 guests beneath timbered ceilings lit by iron chandeliers and surrounded by Tiffany stained glass windows — an architectural setting uncommon outside historic houses of worship. For smaller celebrations, the Assembly Room accommodates up to 100 guests and comes equipped with 60-inch round tables and chairs. The manicured grounds surrounding the building, with shaped topiary and open lawn, offer additional space for wedding photographs. A Director of Music is available to play organ and piano and can help arrange additional instruments for the ceremony. The church makes no requirements of faith: interfaith couples, same-gender couples, and those who haven't attended services in years are equally and explicitly welcome.

Garden Vista Ballroom is a historic banquet facility in Passaic, New Jersey, originally built in 1922 as the home of the Passaic Elks Lodge. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005, the building was fully restored and reopened as an event venue in 2009, preserving its original architectural details — including a marble lobby, crystal chandeliers, gold leaf trim, soaring vaulted ceilings, and two grand staircases with original decorative gold railings. The main hall accommodates up to 170 guests and features a configurable dance floor and a baby grand piano. Our stunning formal dining and entertainment room, which was built by the King Family in 1810, is part of the final enlargement that was added to the home to create the structure that is now known as King Manor. Following a nine-year, $8 million restoration completed in 1999, the building was transformed from an abandoned structure into a thriving arts center and event venue. It holds Smithsonian Affiliate status and membership in New York City's Cultural Institutions Group. Three distinct rental spaces serve a wide range of private events: a theater accommodating up to 190 guests for galas, receptions, and performances; a 1,500-square-foot gallery suited for intimate gatherings of up to 100; and a 2,000-square-foot outdoor garden with tree-shaded lawns for up to 150 guests.
