The Club was formerly known as The Cherry Hills Club in honor of a cherry orchard that was situated on its property. The Club's founders had the vision and intelligence to hire William S. Flynn to create the course. Flynn, who was born in Philadelphia, was regarded as one of the top designers of golf courses in his era. He was paid a generous $4,500 to create Cherry Hills, which he described as having no counterparts and few equals in terms of design. Cherry Hills is still regarded as one of the real classic golf courses in the history of American golf because it has endured the test of time. The game's biggest stars have trod Cherry Hills' fairways, and the Mile High jewel appears to have many more years of championship golf ahead of it.

The Barn at Raccoon Creek sits on the historic Grant Ranch in Littleton, Colorado, a family-owned property dating to the 1800s. The venue underwent a thoughtful redesign in 2015 and operates alongside Raccoon Creek Golf Course, blending the character of three original barns with modern event amenities. The grounds include a lake, old-growth trees, and views of the foothills that set the tone from the moment guests arrive. At the heart of the property is the historic Barn itself — a former cow barn converted into a reception space with existing market lights and an open, adaptable interior that couples furnish with their own décor. The venue accommodates up to 200 guests and provides round and farm-style tables, brown chiavari chairs, linens, and full dinnerware and glassware. A 2,000-square-foot covered outdoor Pavilion serves as a secondary gathering space for ceremonies, cocktails, or dancing in any weather. Preparation spaces include the Bridal Cottage, built in 2015 with a seating area, dressing tables, small kitchen, and restroom, as well as the Groom's Loft inside the Barn, outfitted with a television, foosball table, leather chairs, and shower. Radiance Event Venue is a dedicated event and wedding venue in Commerce City, Colorado, built in 2015 to host celebrations of all kinds — from intimate gatherings to large receptions of up to 350 guests. The 12,500-square-foot facility pairs an indoor ballroom with a manicured outdoor garden, giving couples and event hosts the flexibility to move between two distinct settings within the same property. The ballroom seats 250 guests beneath string lights and high ceilings, with a wood dance floor at its center. Doors connect directly to the garden area, where a white gazebo and string-lit grounds provide an outdoor backdrop for ceremonies and cocktail receptions. Two private changing rooms are also available on-site. F15 Pool is a community aquatic facility located at 2831 Hanover Street in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Managed by the Central Park Master Community Association (MCA), the pool sits alongside open lawn space and a neighborhood playground, offering a relaxed, residential setting for warm-weather gatherings. The facility accommodates private events from June through August in two formats. The Party Pad accommodates groups of up to 30 guests in 2.5-hour daytime sessions, while after-hours rentals — available evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 PM — open the full pool and deck to groups of up to 250 guests. After-hours bookings include lifeguard staff, audio system, tables and chairs, and restroom and changing facilities. Beyond event rentals, F15 Pool features two 25-meter lap lanes, water features for younger swimmers, and a full schedule of aquatics lessons and open-swim sessions throughout the season.

The Fort is a full-scale adobe replica of Bent's Old Fort — Colorado's legendary 1830s fur-trading post on the Santa Fe Trail — built in the foothills near Morrison, Colorado. Constructed from more than 80,000 handmade mud-and-straw adobe bricks and designed by renowned adobe architect William Lumpkins, the building opened as a restaurant in February 1963 after founders Sam'l P. Arnold and Elizabeth "Bay" Arnold commissioned it as a family home. The structure is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Set on 50 acres among red rock formations with sweeping views of downtown Denver and the foothills, The Fort offers eight private dining and event spaces accommodating groups from 16 to 115 guests, with full and half buyouts available for larger gatherings. Spaces range from the intimate Tower Room to the grand St. Vrain Room, alongside covered patios with firepits and an outdoor terrace. In 1955, a championship golf course was built in Colorado, but it was also surrounded by 200 housing sites, which was unusual for Colorado at the time. The 295-acre Heckendorf Farm, which is situated along the South Platte River Valley west of the city of Littleton, was chosen as a picturesque, natural site by the 17 founding members. The region provided an unobstructed view of the mountains, a plateau, and a flowing river valley, all of which express a sense of peaceful spaciousness. The project was given the name "Columbine Country Club," after the state flower.

Operated by the Indian Hills Improvement Association, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, the building sits at 5,381 feet in the foothills southwest of Denver and has served the community for decades. The main hall accommodates up to 115 guests with seating — furnished with padded chairs, rectangular and round tables — and opens onto a lush lawn surrounded by towering pines, offering additional outdoor space for ceremonies or cocktail hours. An in-building kitchen pass-through, two indoor restrooms, and a modern reverse osmosis water filtration system round out the facility.
