Wedding ceremonies and celebrations with up to 300 people are most commonly held at our homestead, also known as the "Lawn Area." Huge trees, lush vegetation, and our Chinese Pistach Tree provide the ideal setting for saying "I do" in this roomy area. Wedding celebrations, cocktail hours, and dancing are all ideal in our Courtyard! 150 people can be seated in this cozy environment, and there is enough for 150+ people to dance and enjoy drinks. The ideal atmosphere to enjoy spending time with your visitors is created by our original fireplace and string lights hanging above our concrete pad. Our famous Pool House's original fireplace area is behind it. As guests swell near our pool, this area is perfect for cocktail hour and dancing for up to 300 people. The area will be lit up with string lights, and your guests will enjoy lounging by the fire while playing horseshoes and bocce ball that are provided. The first Yolo County Fair ever was held in the 1930s at Maples Stables, a barn. For wedding ceremonies, luncheons, rehearsal dinners, and even first-look pictures, these traditional green doors offer a charming backdrop! Your guests will soak in the history as they relax in this room, which has enough capacity for 200 people. It is located in the back of our property.

Founded in 1919 by aviation enthusiasts, Yolo Fliers Club is a private golf and country club set on tree-lined grounds in Woodland, California, in the heart of the Sacramento Valley. What began as a haven for aerial enthusiasts and their families — complete with an airfield, swimming pool, golf course, and bowling alley — has grown into one of the region's most recognized private clubs, with a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse and a championship-caliber 18-hole course. The clubhouse hosts weddings, receptions, and private events in its classic ballroom and fountain room, both offering views of the golf course and pond. Outdoor celebrations extend the possibilities for larger gatherings. The club's executive chef leads in-house catering, and a dedicated events team supports couples and hosts through every stage of planning. Park Winters is a private country estate set in the farmlands of Northern California, just outside the town of Winters. The historic property centers on a lovingly restored 1865 inn featuring four guest suites, and is surrounded by formal gardens, a white event barn, two rustic barns, a pool, an organic farm, and sweeping countryside views. Weddings and private events are hosted across the estate's indoor and outdoor spaces, accommodating 150 to 200 guests depending on the season. Each event includes ten hours of exclusive use, in-house catering from an award-winning kitchen team, full bar service, and furnished lounge areas throughout the grounds. The estate also operates a flower farm with its own pavilion space for smaller gatherings. Park Winters hosts a wide range of celebrations — from rehearsal dinners and elopements to corporate retreats, showers, and holiday parties — year-round.

Historic Oakdale Ranch is a family-owned working farm set on 400 acres at the gateway to the Capay Hills, near Esparto in Northern California. Operating continuously since 1852, the property offers an authentic, secluded setting characterized by a sprawling barn, a two-acre pond, walnut orchards, and native grasses — a world away from the city. The ranch accommodates up to 250 guests across several outdoor and covered event spaces: a half-acre event lawn bordered by orchards and framed by the pond, a 4,800-square-foot barn that serves as both a reception venue and a weather-backup ceremony site, and a gazebo available for ceremonies. Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests are provided on-site, with additional rentals available. Historic Oakdale Ranch hosts one event per weekend, offering exclusive access from Friday through Sunday. Full vendor flexibility is a defining feature of the experience, allowing couples and event planners to bring in the team of their choosing without restriction.

Capay Organic is a family-owned certified organic farm located at 23804 State Highway 16 in Capay, California, nestled in the rolling hills of Yolo County. Founded in 1976 on 20 acres by Kathy Barsotti and Martin Barnes, the farm has grown into a 500-acre operation cultivating more than 130 varieties of fruits and vegetables across two California growing regions. Now stewarded by second-generation owners Noah, Thaddeus, and Freeman, Capay Organic welcomes guests to the farm each spring through fall with tours and seasonal events that connect visitors directly with the land and the farmers who tend it. The farm's annual Capay Tomato festival, held on the last Saturday of July, draws community members to the property for a celebration of the harvest season. The California Automobile Museum occupies a dedicated museum building at 2200 Front Street in Sacramento, California, where more than a century of automotive history is on display through rotating and permanent exhibits. The museum draws on its extensive collection of classic, vintage, and rare vehicles to create an event backdrop unlike any other in the region. Two rentable spaces accommodate gatherings of varying sizes. Alhambra Hall hosts up to 300 guests and features high ceilings, a stage, mobile bars, a prep kitchen, and A/V equipment including an LCD projector and wireless microphones — suitable for galas, holiday parties, corporate meetings, and proms. A separate Conference Room handles up to 100 guests in cocktail style (or 72 classroom-style) with projection, sound, and wireless internet. Museum exhibit access with docent guidance is available to event guests in Alhambra Hall, giving attendees the opportunity to walk among the vehicles as part of the experience. Harlow's is a restaurant and nightclub located at 2708 J Street in Midtown Sacramento, California. Originally opened in 1982 as a cafe, the venue gradually expanded into a full-service restaurant before finding its identity when live music was introduced — a transformation the venue describes as the moment it "found its soul." Over four decades, Harlow's has grown into a cornerstone of Sacramento's independent music and events scene, hosting national touring acts alongside emerging local talent. The venue encompasses three distinct event spaces. The Main Room accommodates up to 300 guests for standing receptions and up to 120 for seated dinners, featuring a full bar, a stage for live music or DJ performances, and a spacious dance floor. Taber Ranch Vineyard & Event Center sits on a terraced hilltop in Capay Valley, California, surrounded by rolling hills, oak trees, grape vines, and olive groves. The Armstrong family — Martin and Dawn — reimagined the ancestral ranch in the late 1990s, transforming a quiet family property into a modern event destination that blends agricultural heritage with a serene wine-country setting. The venue operates seasonally from mid-April through the last weekend of October and accommodates weddings, corporate gatherings, holiday celebrations, and private events for up to 250 guests. Four distinct spaces serve different moments of an event: the Wedding Plateau offers an elevated outdoor ceremony location with 360-degree valley views and dramatic sunset backdrops; a patio and fountain lounge provide space for cocktail hours; the lawn accommodates seated dinners under bistro lighting; and the historic converted Barn hosts dancing and evening celebrations. The Tasting Room is available for intimate private evening events and casual afternoon gatherings.
