Chase Court occupies a 19th-century Gothic Revival parish house at 1112 Saint Paul Street in Baltimore's Mount Vernon neighborhood, constructed in 1879 as a parish house for Christ Episcopal Church. The stone building's leaded-glass windows, soaring ceilings, and intricate historic woodwork set the stage for weddings that range from intimate elopements to receptions of up to 150 guests. The venue's two distinct spaces serve as ceremony and reception settings for the same event. The Great Hall — a church-like interior with original iron chandeliers, hardwood floors, and gothic architectural details — accommodates up to 125 guests for seated dinners or 150 for cocktail-style receptions. The adjacent Ceremony Garden, a private wooded space with a pond, pergola, and permanent twinkle lighting, offers an outdoor option that feels miles from the city while sitting squarely in its heart. Chase Court hosts weddings of all sizes and styles, including LGBTQ+ celebrations, handfastings, and themed events. Owner David Egan brings more than 23 years and over 900 weddings of experience to each event, and every celebration receives exclusive use of the property from start to finish.

When you get married at the Morrison-Clark Hotel, which is conveniently located in the heart of Washington, DC, you can take advantage of its rich history, great gastronomy, and impeccable service standards to create the wedding of your dreams. The Morrison-Clark opened its doors in 1987 following a restoration effort overseen by William Adair (who was also in charge of the White House's repairs) of two Victorian town houses erected in 1864 by the Morrison and Clark families and held by the Morrison and Clark families. The Soldiers, Sailors, and Marine Club was established in 1930 by the Women's Army and Navy League, who purchased the town homes and converted them into a military housing facility for military personnel passing through the nation's capital. Although the Club was known for hosting silver teas and Sunday coffee, it was also a popular gathering place for high society women such as First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt, First Lady Admiral Dewey, and First Lady Calvin Coolidge, among others. In 2013, the hotel launched an extension project to integrate the adjoining Parsonage and Chinese Community Church into its premises, as well as an 18th Century Carriage House, thus enriching the rich heritage present inside our walls. The project was completed in 2015. With a Morrison-Clark wedding, you can make our history a part of yours.

Operated by the Living Classrooms Foundation, the campus occupies one of the city's oldest waterfront industrial buildings — a restored Sugar/Coffee House whose exposed brick walls and industrial wood beams anchor the character of every event held here. Five distinct spaces accommodate gatherings of nearly any size, from intimate dinners to large outdoor celebrations. The Founders Room seats up to 200 and opens to the adjoining Bearman Gallery, while the open-air Promenade and Courtyard can welcome as many as 900 guests for a reception at the water's edge. Cardin Pier extends over the harbor, where working vessels including the tall ship Lady Maryland occasionally dock alongside an event in progress. Catering is provided by an exclusive roster of approved vendors, and all events benefit from four hours of setup time and two hours of breakdown included in the rental. The park's events team, led by Director of Events Natalie Halpern, coordinates private bookings for weddings, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations throughout the year.
