BRIC is a Brooklyn-based nonprofit arts and media organization that has shaped the borough's cultural landscape for over four decades. BRIC House, its home at 647 Fulton Street in the Cultural District, occupies a repurposed Strand Theater building and sits alongside BAM Harvey, the Mark Morris Dance Center, and Theatre for a New Audience. The venue's five rentable spaces span a broad range of event formats. The 3,600-square-foot Ballroom — with a 20-by-36-foot raised stage, retractable raked seating, and a sprung floor — accommodates up to 250 guests theater-style, 260 for seated dinners, and 440 standing. The 1,100-square-foot Lobby/Stoop, with its floor-to-ceiling gallery garage doors and 10-by-16-foot projection screen, serves receptions and presentations of up to 250 standing guests. Nestled on 120 acres of preserved farmland in New York's upper Hudson River Valley, Historic Barns of Nipmoose is a restored agricultural compound built around three timber-framed barns — the Scottish Barn, the German Barn, and the Corn Crib. The property, owned by The Persistence Foundation, takes its name from Nipmoose Creek, which runs along the farm's border, and is managed as working conservation land cultivated by a local farm family. The Scottish Barn spans 1,800 square feet and accommodates up to 180 seated or 230 standing guests; the German Barn, at 1,380 square feet, seats up to 106 or holds 150 for a cocktail reception. Both barns are handicap accessible and fitted with event lighting. The German Barn also features a lower-level private dressing suite. The Corn Crib serves as a decorative focal point for memorabilia displays, photo booths, and guest book stations. Outdoor ceremony space is included in every rental, with the Aspen grove near the Corn Crib among the most popular locations on the grounds. The venue operates seasonally from mid-May through mid-October, hosts only one wedding per weekend, and welcomes renters' choice of vendors. On-site staff remain present throughout setup, the event, and breakdown.

Our beautiful Clubhouse is in every way a home. It was painstakingly repaired after being built in 1900 as a wedding gift for Maria Vanderbilt Shepard and William Jay Schieffelin. Guests and members alike appreciate the environment, which is ageless but not excessive; ideally exquisite yet welcoming. Our staff is kind and helpful, but never overbearing. The Lotos Club's elegant rooms can host a variety of corporate and social events, including an intimate dinner party for eight, a joyous wedding celebration for one hundred guests, and cocktails for 160. Seasonal menus suited to your preferences and event are available from our acclaimed cuisine. Our staff is available to assist you with every aspect, including menus, flowers, and music, so you can rest and enjoy your special day. The elite Grill Room features an Old World/New World ambiance, with classic state dinner menus honoring people who have achieved excellence throughout history at The Lotos Club. The Grill Room can seat up to 75 people for a sit-down dinner and up to 90 people for standing celebrations. The Grill Room can accommodate up to 25 people at one table for an intimate wine meal. Wedding ceremonies, talks, and receptions for up to 75 people are held in the Tennyson Room. It can also accommodate dinner parties of up to 40 people. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 100 guests for wedding receptions, meetings, lectures, and seated lunches. Wedding receptions, cocktail receptions, concerts and talks, as well as seated lunches for up to 50 guests, are all possible at the Library. The Wedgewood Suite is reserved for smaller, more intimate occasions. The Wedgwood Suite consists of the formal 17' x 22' Wedgwood Parlor, which can accommodate up to 20 people for drinks, and the beautiful 18' x 24' Wedgwood Dining Room, which can accommodate up to 30 people for supper. The Directors' Room, located across from the Wedgwood Suite, can seat 30 people for business meetings and 16 people for lunch and dinner. Union Vale Estate is a wedding and event venue set on a 100-acre wooded property in LaGrangeville, New York, in the Hudson Valley. Adjacent to The Links at Union Vale Golf Course, the estate has been hosting weddings, receptions, corporate events, galas, and social gatherings since 2001. The venue emphasizes intimate celebrations supported by attentive full-service coordination — from concept development and vendor selection through day-of management. A preferred vendor list of caterers, DJs, and photographers familiar with the property helps streamline planning, and outside vendors are welcome within the estate's guidelines. A bridal suite with a private bathroom is available for wedding parties. Basic audio/visual equipment is on-site; the events team recommends professional AV companies for more complex technical needs. Overnight accommodations are not available on the property, but the events team can recommend nearby hotels for out-of-town guests.

Our covered, heated North and East Garden patios, as well as our indoor/outdoor Pool Room, offer socially separated seating for parties of 10 to 60 people, with plenty of fresh air — perfect for micro-weddings, ceremonies and receptions, birthdays, showers, and other types of celebrations. Customized lunch and dinner prix fixe menus are prepared in collaboration with you to provide your guests with a variety of options. We can help with floor plans, table decor, special occasion cakes, and even music, and you are free to use whatever vendors you want. Our goal is to make your event planning and execution as stress-free and joyful as possible! Our Spaces THE NORTH GARDEN is the restaurant's focal point: a covered patio that is enclosed for cold weather and serves as a lovely year-round location for small wedding ceremonies or cocktail celebrations, as well as beverages before seated dinners in the neighboring private rooms. The NORTH GARDEN can be leased in conjunction with the POOL ROOM to give additional capacity for couple's dances, cocktails, and other events. THE POOL ROOM can sit up to 52 people for a seated meal and can be paired with the NORTH GARDEN for pre-dinner cocktails, or expanded to seat up to 80 people. When the garden is accessible to other diners, the sliding frosted glass doors are closed for seclusion when a supper for up to 52 guests is planned. THE EAST GARDEN is a quiet extension of the North Garden. It is great for more private parties, holding up to 24 guests at one table for a seated lunch or dinner. It is covered year-round and enclosed for cold weather. Cocktails can be served in the North Garden before to dinner. THE FULL BUYOUT can accommodate up to 150 people and includes the main dining room, the North Garden (seen on the left enclosed and on the right unenclosed for summer), the POOL ROOM, and optionally the EAST GARDEN and BAR.

The Southold Historical Museum protects and interprets artifacts that engage, educate, and connect visitors to the history and culture of Southold. We support programs that encourage the long-term preservation of our cultural heritage. The Southold Historical Museum is one of the most important cultural institutions on Long Island's North Fork. The Museum, which opened in 1960, is dedicated to preserving and interpreting our region's rich history. The Museum does this through maintaining a headquarters and archive, as well as a number of historically noteworthy buildings that house some of the Museum's large collections. Enjoy! Castle on the Delaware occupies a restored 1896 Armory in Walton, New York — a building designed by Isaac Perry, the principal architect of the New York State Capitol. Originally constructed to house the Thirty-Third Separate Company, the Armory stood for more than a century before reopening as Castle on the Delaware in November 2013. Chef and owner Mustafa Sav, a native of Istanbul trained at the Klessheim International Hotel and Restaurant Management School in Salzburg, transformed the historic structure into a restaurant and event destination. His vision — rooted in both his culinary background and a long personal connection to Walton — brought new life to one of the region's most architecturally significant buildings. The main floor accommodates up to 620 guests and is available for private events including weddings, conferences, proms, and celebrations of all kinds. Full catering and liquor service are provided in-house, and parking is available on the grounds and nearby.

Zugibe Vineyards is a family-owned winery set on the northeastern shore of Seneca Lake in Geneva, New York, where the vineyard's hillside overlooks the water and the surrounding grounds. The Zugibe family planted their first vines in 2005 on some of the region's most premium soil, expanding to forty acres and eleven grape varieties that today include Riesling, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Grüner Veltliner. The tasting room opened in 2009 and is anchored by a distinctive black walnut bar crafted from wood harvested on the property. A multi-generational operation led by winemaker Frederick T. Zugibe III and vineyard manager Sean Zugibe, the winery has built its "Wine With A View" identity around the sweeping sunset views for which it is known. For weddings and private events, the vineyard offers an open white tent that seats up to 150 guests, set among farm tables, bistro lights, and views across the vineyard to Seneca Lake. Howe Caverns is a natural cave attraction and event venue in Howes Cave, New York, where a living limestone cave — carved by an underground river over millions of years — descends 156 feet below the earth's surface. First explored by farmer and entrepreneur Lester Howe, the caverns have hosted more than 725 weddings in their underground chambers. Wedding ceremonies take place at the Bridal Altar, a limestone alcove 156 feet underground featuring a naturally formed calcite heart and views of the Lake of Venus, a crystal-clear subterranean river.
