Cultivated with meticulous care, their grapes have been sold to several of the most preeminent wineries in the region. Recognizing the estate’s ecological diversity, they also undertook the planting of several varieties of imported Italian and Spanish olive trees for the production of premium oils. Because they are passionate about offering the finest gourmet items from the gifts nature has given them, they constructed a state-of-the art-mill to ensure absolute quality in the production of the artisan oils. In addition, using a small selection of extraordinary grapes from their vineyard’s 362 planted acres, Round Pond has established an acclaimed estate wine program focusing on world-class Cabernet Sauvignon produced in extremely limited quantities. Made in conjunction with our super-premium estate wines, they also produce prized red wine vinegars using the revered Orleans Method. The historic venue features a soaring 50-foot sanctuary with original wooden pews, chic stained-glass panels, a rose window, and a 1,500-pipe organ — architecture that gives even the simplest ceremony a sense of occasion. Four distinct event spaces accommodate gatherings of every scale, from micro-weddings of under 30 guests to full campus buyouts for up to 285.   Orcutt Ranch Horticultural Center is a 24-acre historic estate managed by the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, located at 23600 Roscoe Boulevard in West Hills. The property was originally the vacation retreat of oil pioneer William Warren Orcutt, and its Spanish Colonial Revival residence — completed around 1926 — features glazed tiles imported from Mexico and carved mahogany and walnut woodwork from the Philippines. The grounds include a seasonal rose garden, a 700-year-old Coast Live Oak, wandering nature trails, a citrus orchard, a rustic barn, a courtyard fountain, and a gazebo. The venue accommodates events for 40 to 300 guests, making it well-suited for weddings, receptions, anniversaries, and private celebrations. Rental facilities are available daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and a guest house with two separate dressing rooms is available for the bridal party.
