A month before the event, they must provide a copy of their driver's license and meet with the venue manager to sign our coordinator agreement. Requests for recommendations for coordinators will be gladly accommodated by the venue. The host is required to provide Harborside with a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $500,000 (minimum), with Harborside East named as an additional insured party on the policy.

    West End Events is the full-service events business of the Greenville Drive, hosting private and public gatherings at Fluor Field in the West End district of downtown Greenville. Launched in 2017, the team stages more than 120 events a year, from weddings and corporate retreats to holiday parties and community celebrations like Artisphere Gala and Euphoria. The ballpark's event spaces range from the intimate to the expansive. The Champions Club offers retractable floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the field and the Greenville skyline, with a Vision Board in centerfield that can display group logos or custom video messages. The Front Porch, tucked behind home plate, has welcomed guests since 2006 with a reclaimed wood bar and brick accents true to its role as "the Front Porch of the community."
