Our structure features a lovely outside pavilion with a fireplace and courtyard, as well as an attractive old world interior with chandelier lighting. Terry Edney, a local builder, had a vision for the Reserve. He recognized the need for a unique location in East Texas for a private event facility. Most alternative locations were either too big or too expensive to host that special gathering. The Reserve can accommodate up to a couple hundred people or can be set up to seem cozy and pleasant for smaller gatherings. The Reserve is incredibly adaptable for any occasion, from the cozy interior built with bricks from early twentieth-century Chicago to the enormous outside pavilion and fireplace. The Reserve houses one-of-a-kind antiques from all across the world. It offers an old-world feel while yet providing the most up-to-date technology features. There are lots of restrooms at The Reserve, as well as a food prep facility that any caterer would appreciate. If you can dream it, we can make it a reality.   Union Springs is an East Texas wedding and event location. It is situated on 33 acres of land surrounded by magnificent woodlands. There are two covered porches with seating for another 65 people. A bride's dressing room with her own restroom and vanity space is available in the barn. There is also a separate dressing room for the groom. The unusual Dutch doors on the front of the barn provide a separate entrance for each dressing room. A catering kitchen is located adjacent to the buffet area. Your caterer can utilize the commercial refrigerator, warming cabinet, ice machine, and prep tables in the kitchen. Beautiful full bath, french doors, and many antique-style vanities are included in the bridal suite's generously proportioned space. If you're looking for a more personal setting, the barn includes a 1,000 square-foot porch that looks out over a half acre pond. Beautiful views may be enjoyed from the numerous balconies, which also serve as lovely backdrops for photography and the bouquet toss. There is a vast covered pavilion attached to the barn that may handle larger events.
