Rancho Buena Vista Adobe is a City of Vista-owned historic property and outdoor event venue set on 30 acres at 640 Alta Vista Drive in Vista, California. Built in the Monterey style on a cobblestone foundation, the single-story adobe brick hacienda dates to the mid-1800s and is considered one of the best-preserved land-grant ranchos in San Diego County. The grounds are lush with antique roses, native plants, and fruit trees, creating a setting shaped equally by California history and natural beauty. McCloud Mercantile Hotel is a historic boutique hotel and event venue occupying a restored turn-of-the-century mercantile building at 241 Main Street in McCloud, California, near the base of Mount Shasta. Hashiri San Francisco is a Japanese fine-dining restaurant located at 4 Mint Plaza in San Francisco's Mint Plaza neighborhood. The restaurant merges two historical Japanese culinary traditions — Kappo and Edomae Sushi — in an intimate counter-seated setting that fosters close interaction between chefs and guests. The dining room features imported Japanese Cypress counters, contemporary artwork, and 16 ceiling projectors displaying seasonal imagery, creating an immersive atmosphere that blends traditional Japanese cultural influences with Bay Area sensibility.
