419 Commercial Ave, Anacortes, WA 98221, USA
    • Spaces for 30-300 Guests
    • 4 Hotels
    • 1 Ballroom
    • 4 Total Spaces

Majestic Inn & Spa has anchored downtown Anacortes since 1890, when the building first served as a hardware store and office building on Fidalgo Island. A 2013 expansion and revitalization honored that history while adding a contemporary wing, and the result is a boutique hotel that pairs historic character with modern comfort in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. For events, the inn offers six indoor and outdoor spaces suited to gatherings of many sizes and styles. The Ballroom, part of the newer addition, features 18-foot ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and a multimedia wall with a built-in sound system, and it opens directly onto the Courtyard for combined indoor-outdoor celebrations. The Courtyard itself is a manicured lawn and garden framed by a white trellis arch, pergola, and stone pathway, and can be tented for an evening affair. The open-air Rooftop Lounge and adjoining private rooftop deck look out over the San Juan Islands, downtown Anacortes, Guemes Channel, Mt. Baker, Fidalgo Bay, and the Cap Sante Marina, with especially notable summer sunsets; the deck operates seasonally and hosts groups of up to 50. A dedicated conference room, with comfortable seating and modern AV capabilities, rounds out the offering for board meetings and corporate planning sessions. Beyond events, guests can unwind at the on-site Apothecary Spa, which includes a eucalyptus steam room, or gather at the hotel's bistro, bar, and cafe. The inn sits within walking distance of downtown Anacortes and the San Juan Islands ferry, making it a convenient home base for both celebrations and coastal exploration.

    • 1 Garden

Perched on a bluff above the Wenatchee Valley in Washington State, Ohme Gardens began in 1929 when Herman and Ruth Ohme set out to transform a barren, rock-strewn hillside into a series of alpine-inspired gardens. Over four decades of hand labor, the couple planted transplanted evergreens and hauled native stone from the Columbia River to build the pathways, pools, and waterfalls that still wind through the property. Since 1991 the Gardens have been publicly owned, and Chelan County now maintains them as a horticultural and recreational destination, open each year from April 15 through October 15. For weddings, Ohme Gardens supplies chairs and tables with set-up and take-down, white tablecloths, an arbor, a dance floor, string lighting, and a PA/sound system, letting couples arrange their own catering, music, and florals amid the gardens' cedar groves and panoramic Cascade views. The sunken and entrance lawns, both wheelchair accessible, can host evening weddings with receptions for up to 250 guests, or daytime ceremony-only gatherings for up to 85 guests, with two tented options available for cover in case of weather.

    • 1 Theater
    • 3 Event Spaces
    • 5 Total Spaces

Urban Grace is a historic 40,000-square-foot event venue and community facility in downtown Tacoma, Washington. The building traces back to 1883, when First Baptist Church first incorporated on the site; the congregation outgrew a series of earlier buildings before starting a capital campaign in 1921 for the structure that stands today. Architects Heath, Gove, and Bell designed the Gothic Revival building, completed in 1925 with glazed terracotta facing and cut stone supplied below market rate by the Walker Cut Stone Company. From the outset, the building was designed to serve more than worship, and that dual purpose carries through in its event spaces today. The Auditorium, renovated in 2021, seats up to 850 guests including its balcony, or 450 on the lower level alone, beneath a lattice-designed domed ceiling, with theatre seating, a modern sound system, and projection capabilities suited to weddings, concerts, and large gatherings. The Large Event Space offers 4,180 square feet of hardwood flooring and a raised stage for receptions of up to 200, backed by a full commercial kitchen, while the Chapel seats up to 80 amid stained glass and mahogany accents for more intimate ceremonies and small gatherings. A Conference Room and a Small Event Space accommodate meetings and gatherings of 40 and 60 respectively, each lit by the building's original ten-foot windows overlooking downtown Tacoma. Beyond hosting weddings and private events, Urban Grace is also home to more than fifteen resident nonprofits and arts organizations.

Tall glass doors line one side of the hall, opening directly onto an outdoor patio with views of Rattlesnake Mountain, so weddings and receptions can move easily between the two settings over the course of an event. An archway off the hall leads into a smaller side room filled with natural light, and the open floor plan can be scaled down for intimate gatherings or opened fully to host up to 250 guests, with a dedicated dance floor for receptions. Located on the north end of Sunset Gardens in Richland, Washington, the 6,000-square-foot event center has hosted weddings, business meetings, banquets, and other celebrations since opening in 2009. Its event team, led by Event Center Manager Tiffany Loving and Event Coordinator Cassandra Standley, works alongside a roster of partner caterers — including Henry's, Tsunami Catering, CG Public House, Viera's Bakery, and Crumbl Cookie — and offers in-house projectors, microphones, and screens for meetings and presentations.

Set on a century-old estate in Peshastin, Washington — about two and a half hours east of Seattle — Beecher Hill House overlooks apple and pear orchards, vineyards, and the Wenatchee Valley. The restored manor was built between 1909 and 1913 by Samuel P. Beecher, an orchardist who shipped the first carload of apples out of Peshastin; its fine hardwoods, stonework, and advanced features made the house an early landmark, and its formal grounds include a grotto designed to replicate the nearby Snow Lakes. Today the manor and its terraced grounds host weddings and private events, from elopements and intimate ceremonies for two to grand affairs, along with rehearsal dinners and photo shoots. Signature wedding packages are all-inclusive, covering tables, white linens, glassware and dinnerware, waitstaff, bartenders, a professional DJ and sound system, parking attendants, a guided rehearsal, and a wedding planning consultant. Wedding parties prepare in a light-filled bridal suite with two bathrooms and in-room catering, while a private groom's club — complete with its own entrance, bar, TV, and foosball table — gives the groomsmen a place to relax. Only one event is booked per day, and owner and event planner Abra Miller serves as each client's point person.
