Block 41 Bio: Block 41 is one of downtown Seattle’s newest and most unique private event venues. Repurposed from a 1920's ice warehouse, this indoor-outdoor urban chic venue is in the heart of the groovy Belltown neighborhood. Two separate floors combine the best of old and new with leather-wrapped columns, massive old growth timber, exposed brick walls, and vintage car decking merge gracefully with blackened steel, and state-of-the-art building systems. An abundance of windows allows stunning, natural light to flood the space. Rooms and Capacity Upstairs, the Bert & Tot Ballroom is perfectly suited for elegant sit-down dinners, fanciful ceremonies, and dancing the night away. Located on the second floor, the space provides urban views of downtown Seattle. Hazard Factory Outlet is a 3000 sq ft warehouse space we use for team building events and art shows. The outlet is managed by Hazard Factory, an industrial arts studio. The Outlet has 22 foot ceilings, a 20 by 30 movie screen, couches and a bar. It is very easy to load in and load out and parking is always available. We keep 200 chairs and 12 eight foot tables for our clients. This is a good space for pop-ups, birthday parties and presentations, or just to get people together for a movie night. It is low key.

The Chateau Lill is widely regarded as the best event venue in the Woodinville area. With a property that is 10 acres in size and boasts immaculate grounds, including lush rolling lawns, ponds, and a small farm that is surrounded by tall fir trees. The actual chateau has a room called the Barrel Room and a room called the Grand Room. During the peak summer season, there is also a tented open-air terrace outside. Other concealed enclaves can be discovered in the upper lawn, the vineyard lawn, high up in the chateau tower, or at the popular gazebo that is tucked away next to our picturesque pond. It takes only twenty-five minutes to get to the heart of Seattle from Chateau Lill, fifteen minutes to get to Bellevue, and ten minutes to get to Redmond. There are a number of hotels in both Bellevue and Redmond that come highly recommended by our team. There are over 130 wineries, breweries, and distilleries dotted across the landscape of Woodinville, all of which are located within a radius of five miles of Chateau Lill.
