Any number of guests is possible, ranging from 20 to 1,000; if you can dream it, we can help you make it a reality. In addition to the fact that corporate events come in a variety of sizes and shapes, they also help motivate and inspire your employees to work harder, promote team building and bonding, and provide them with something to look forward to in the future, among other benefits. Being away from the office for even a single day can help to improve morale and provide a unique learning experience for everyone involved. It is critical for businesses to foster an educational environment in which their objectives can be met with ease and precision by the people who work for them. Make use of a unique space outside of the office, and your bottom line will benefit as a result of your efforts. It has been demonstrated in studies that there is a strong relationship between pleasure and learning. Six acres of waterfront property with no bank means you have virtually unlimited options for organizing events that will have an impact on individual employees, the team, and your organization as a whole. Employees benefit from team building because it helps them to strengthen social relationships and to strengthen their leadership roles. Retreats are intended for networking, brainstorming, and the actualization of new ideas that have been hatched. Mountain Springs Lodge sits in Beaver Valley on the eastern slopes of Washington's Cascade Mountain Range, roughly 25 to 40 minutes from downtown Leavenworth depending on the season and road conditions. The property traces its roots to July 4, 1895, when W.W. and Elizabeth Burgess arrived and homesteaded the land, clearing fields, building a sawmill, and raising six children in the valley. Mountain Springs Lodge and Conference Center was built on that same ground in 1990, using local rock and native Northwest woods, with buildings positioned to preserve open meadow views and a wide panorama of the high Cascades. For weddings, the lodge offers several distinct settings across the property: Aspengrove, a mountain meadow ceremony site ringed by quaking aspen; the hand-hewn Beaver Creek Barn, strung with bistro lighting against a forested mountain backdrop; Beaver Creek Lodge, built with massive timbers and a river-rock fireplace; and Ponderosa Meadow, an open meadow beside a pond with views of the Cascades. Couples and their guests can also stay on-site, with recreation on the grounds that includes a swimming pool, horseback riding, fly fishing instruction, ziplining, and, in winter, sleigh rides and snowmobile tours.

That backdrop gives the Meadow a natural, intimate character suited to both ceremonies and receptions, with room for up to 100 guests. Complimentary parking is available in roughly 50 spaces at the Fort and the nearby Picnic Shelter, restrooms are close by, and power access is available on-site for setup needs. Bloedel Reserve
Bainbridge Island, WA, USAThe inventiveness of our founders, Prentice and Virginia Bloedel, together with their shared vision and their deep and abiding love of the natural world resulted in the creation of a natural marvel that spans 150 acres and is known as Bloedel Reserve. They meticulously converted a rough-hewn Northwest forest into a harmonic collection of manicured gardens, structural elements, and distinctive landscapes, using nature as both a canvas and paint by working with the difficult geology of the area. The Bloedel Reserve is a public garden and woodland preserve that has gained a reputation on an international scale. Explore almost 150 acres of sculpted landscapes, woodlands, meadows, and animal habitats while strolling along maintained routes across the area. Open from Tuesday through Sunday, all year round, regardless of the weather. The area that is now known as Bloedel Reserve has a rich history that dates back to a time long before it was owned by the Bloedel family. Recognizing, appreciating, and honoring that history is the only thing that makes sense given the circumstances. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Suquamish People, also known as the People of the Clear Salt Water, for their diligent care of the land on which our therapeutic landscapes are built. Those who have been entrusted with the responsibility of caring for Bloedel Reserve realize that the holy ancestral area on which the Reserve is located thrives as a result of the Suquamish people's stewardship, which has existed from the beginning of time. We will pay homage to and respect their legacy by taking care of this land and the rivers of the Central Salish Sea so that they can be enjoyed by both the current generation and those to come in the future.
