The Phinney Neighborhood Association occupies a campus of two historic Seattle school buildings — the Blue Building, built in 1904, and the Brick Building, built in 1917 — along with the nearby Greenwood Senior Center, and because the organization's mission centers on fostering an inclusive, welcoming community, its rooms are rented out by the hour to host everything from meetings and classes to private parties and celebrations. Since both campuses are ADA-accessible with elevators and offer free on-site parking, groups of nearly any size can move easily between spaces, from small classrooms that seat up to 35 people to the Community Hall, a 2,336-square-foot room with sprung bamboo flooring, a stage with podium, and seating for up to 135 guests (150 standing), and the Greenwood Room, which accommodates up to 200 seated guests beneath its accordion dividing wall and projection screen. Because the association hosts nearly 800 community activities each year across these same rooms, renters booking an event here are stepping into buildings that already anchor daily community life in Northwest Seattle.
Kittitas Valley Event Center

- 1 Outdoor
- 1 Event Space
- 9 Total Spaces
Arriving at the Kittitas Valley Event Center, a visitor first notices the mix of restored, century-old buildings and open western-town charm spread across the Kittitas County Fairgrounds in Ellensburg. The grounds trace back to 1885, when the first county fair was held, and took their permanent shape in 1923 when the rodeo arena and original buildings went up; a $3.5 million historic renovation completed in 2001 preserved that character, and the Fairgrounds Historic District is now listed on both the Washington State and National Registers of Historic Places. Guests moving through the property find a range of spaces built for different kinds of gatherings: the newly remodeled Armory Main Hall with its built-in audio and video equipment and three adjacent break-out rooms, the Manastash Room and Heritage Center with a wall of historic Kittitas Valley photographs, the twin Teanaway and Umtanum Halls with commercial kitchens and roll-up doors for easy haul-in, and Western Village, a cluster of buildings fashioned after 1890s western towns with a dance hall, bar, kitchen, and five small shops. The Gold Buckle Room looks out over the Rodeo Arena, home to the Ellensburg Rodeo and its seating for more than 9,000 patrons. Outdoors, the Gazebo and Frontier Village add space for gatherings that spill outside, while Bloom Pavilion and the historic barns and stalls accommodate equine and livestock events alongside trade shows and exhibits.

Cabins on the Point sits on three acres of private beachfront along West Sound, on Orcas Island in Washington's San Juan Islands. Its cabins, Heather and Primrose, and its beach cottage, Willow, were built in the early 1900s in a simple Cape Cod style and have been restored with cozy, romantic details, including wood stoves, fluffy pillows, and water views on two sides. The grounds open onto a lawn overlooking the waters of West Sound, a setting the property makes available for weddings. The cabins take on an added charm when decorated for the occasion, and couples are invited to reach out for details on hosting a ceremony on the point. Beyond the wedding lawn, guests have access to a private beach for beach bonfires, a dock available by arrangement for boats, and a two-person hot tub tucked among the trees near the Heather and Primrose cabins.
