The Albany Capital Center is a modern glass convention and event facility in downtown Albany, New York, offering more than 53,000 square feet of flexible space for groups of 10 to 5,000. The building spans two event levels: Level 2 centers on the Multi-Purpose Room, a 22,500-square-foot ballroom and tradeshow floor with 26-foot ceilings, accommodating up to 1,500 guests banquet-style or 3,100 for receptions; Level 1 houses six configurable meeting rooms and a 10,500-square-foot pre-function area suited for networking receptions, breakout sessions, and exhibit setups. On-site catering is provided by Mazzone Hospitality, operating from a 3,000-square-foot kitchen capable of serving events of up to 5,000 guests. The Woodlea Clubhouse was once a Vanderbilt Mansion that was constructed in 1892 and held by Colonel Elliot Fitch Shephard. Colonel Shephard was the founder of the New York Bar Association as well as the proprietor of the journal Mail and Express. 1910 saw the purchase of the mansion by Frank Vanderlip and William Rockefeller. The following year, 1911, saw the establishment of the Sleepy Hollow Country Club by a board of directors that included John Jacob Astor IV, Cornelius Vanderbilt III, Edward Julius Berwind, and a number of other notable individuals. The Sleepy Hollow Country Club has seen several improvements and transformations throughout the course of its history, propelling it to the position of being one of the best-rated golf courses and country clubs not only in New York, but also in the United States. Universal Preservation Hall is a historic performing arts and event venue occupying a restored 1871 Methodist church in downtown Saratoga Springs, New York. The building's original High Victorian Gothic architecture — including cathedral ceilings and two-story stained glass windows — was carefully preserved through a renovation completed in 2019, while the interior was modernized with a custom sound system, movable platforms, and an elevator for full accessibility. The 7,000-square-foot venue operates across three floors. The centerpiece is the Great Hall, a second-floor theater-in-the-round with 679 seats suited for concerts, lectures, performances, and large-scale private events. Red Maple Vineyard is a family-owned farm and vineyard event venue on 143 acres along the Hudson River in West Park, New York. Once a dairy farm, the property was developed into a wedding destination by Gary and Liz Stone — founders of Corner Stone Caterers, a gourmet catering company they established in 1992 after meeting at the Culinary Institute of America. Their daughter Shae is part of the team today. The grounds include a renovated 1800s cow barn, a reception pavilion, stone foundation ruins, walking trails, vineyards, orchards, and a great lawn, offering multiple distinct settings for ceremonies and receptions. The Barn features a grand piano, a bridal suite, and bar and lounge areas. All catering and event planning is handled in-house through Corner Stone Caterers. Ari's most recent position was as General Manager of Sterling Affair, a high-end New York City off-premise catering firm that counts among its clientele members of the Rockefeller family as well as Columbia and Fordham Universities. There, he honed his management and event planning abilities even further, bringing his distinct flair and exceptional service to each and every event he planned and managed while also gaining valuable experience.
