The kitchen draws on prime, dry-aged, and local Wagyu beef sourced from Creekstone Farms, complemented by an extensive seafood program inspired by Guard's Hawaiian heritage, innovative cocktails, and wines from around the world. The Denver location has been voted best steakhouse in Denver and is recognized by the Michelin Guide. Frasca Food And Wine

    Denver, CO, USA
    • Spaces for 60 Guests

The James Beard Foundation Award-winning concept for Frasca Food and Wine was developed by partners Bobby Stuckey, Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson, and Peter Hoglund. Frasca Food and Wine welcomes guests every night with warm hospitality, exquisite cuisine, and carefully selected wines. The restaurant is steeped in the food and wine traditions of the northeastern region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Northeastern Italy's sub-alpine region is called Friuli-Venezia Giulia. It is a region of tremendous cultural blending, geographical diversity, and beautiful beauty that is surrounded by Austria, Slovenia, and the Adriatic Sea and situated at the foot of the Carnic and Julian Alps. The local frasca plays a significant role in the Friulano culinary tradition. The frascas, which were once common throughout Friuli, were warm and informal gathering places where farmers, friends, and families would congregate for a meal and a bottle of wine. They could be recognized by a tree branch dangling over a doorway portal, and they stood for regional farm food, wine, and friendly hospitality. The branch would begin to wither and change color as the harvest neared its conclusion, signaling the end of the growing season. After then, the frascas would shut their doors until the following year. Imagination and careful planning are the foundation of memorable occasions. Together, you and our private event coordinator will create a one-of-a-kind and unforgettable evening. The Taverna Room was established in 2013 when Frasca Food and Wine underwent a remodel. It had previously been known as Frasca's Bar. The Taverna Room, a completely private dining area next to Frasca's main dining room, is ideal for intimate celebrations or business dinners with presentations. We can devote our complete staff to your evening's event thanks to an exclusive buyout of Frasca Food and Wine. For a seated supper, our entire restaurant can accommodate up to 60 people.

  • Featured photo from Denver Performing Arts Complex

We would like to note that the property on which the Denver Performing Arts Complex is situated, as well as the ground on which we stand, live, and receive our education, is traditionally held to belong to the Ute, Cheyenne, and Arapaho peoples. Additionally, we acknowledge the existence of the forty-eight modern tribal nations that have a long-standing connection to the territories that are now included in the state of Colorado. Our country was created on the exclusion and erasure of Indigenous Peoples, and we have not stopped doing that since our founding. As we intentionally honor and celebrate the Indigenous communities in our City and express our gratitude for their ongoing and significant contributions, may this acknowledgment serve as a demonstration of a commitment to dismantling ongoing legacies of oppression and inequities. This commitment will be demonstrated as we honor and celebrate the Indigenous communities in our City. Let's not forget that this land belonged to them long before we settled here and claimed it as our own. With a diverse range of one-of-a-kind cultural spaces that can accommodate a wide variety of programming, we are happy to play host each year to thousands of performances, festivals, and other special events. We offer the ideal setting for your upcoming event, whether it be on stage, in a salon, inside, or outdoors.

The Fine Arts Center has been the premier cultural destination in the Pikes Peak region for more than one hundred years, and for good reason. It has art of the highest caliber, theater on par with that of Broadway, and art classes for people of all ages and skill levels. Experiences in the arts that are creative, educational, and diverse are provided by the FAC, which was originally founded in 1919 as the Broadmoor Art Academy. These experiences aim to uplift the individual spirit and stimulate communal life. The Fine Arts Center is home to a number of spectacular and one-of-a-kind locations, and between the schedules of our Museum, Theatre, and Art School, we keep all of these areas quite active. Even though the work we do to fulfill our mission, which includes art exhibitions, performing arts events, touring programs, art classes, and other important educational interactions, may limit our opportunities for external event partnerships and space rentals, we are aware of the desirability of our spaces and make our facilities available to the community whenever it is feasible to do so.
