Boathouse Cantina is a riverside restaurant and event venue perched on the banks of the Arkansas River in Salida, Colorado, serving American and Baja Mexican cuisine alongside an extensive selection of local draft beers and craft cocktails. Milk Bar is a 7,800-square-foot underground nightclub tucked into the historic Jonas Brothers Furs building at 1037 Broadway in Denver's South of Colfax (SoCo) nightlife district. Miramont Castle is a Victorian-era historic castle and museum in Manitou Springs, Colorado, owned and operated by the Manitou Springs Historical Society. Built in the early 1890s by French-born priest Father Jean Baptiste Francolon, the castle blends nine architectural styles — including Romanesque, English Tudor, Flemish stepped gables, and Byzantine — across more than 14,000 square feet and 40 rooms. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1977, the castle stair-steps up the mountainside with exits on all four levels and features eight-sided rooms, a third-floor solarium, arched windows, and a grand staircase showcasing two distinct window styles side by side.
