It is available for use in a variety of settings, including business gatherings, private parties, luncheons, wedding ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsal dinners. The Governor Thomas Bennett House is a stunning and historic location that embraces all of the allure that historic Charleston has to offer. Whether you are planning a grand wedding or an intimate elopement, the Governor Thomas Bennett House is an excellent choice. Your outdoor wedding ceremony will look picture-perfect when held in our Crescent Garden, which features a pineapple fountain and is shaded by an oak tree that is more than 200 years old. Immediately after the ceremony, the attendees will be welcomed into the House for the cocktail hour. The reception will take place outside on the Side Lawn, which is located next to the Crescent Garden. On the day of the wedding, the home and grounds are available for use by the wedding party and guests in their entirety. The appropriate area for you to get ready for your big day is provided by a Bridal Suite located on the second level and a "Man Cave" located on the ground floor for the groom. You may hold a huge celebration on the Side Lawn, a smaller reception with cocktails on the Piazza, or a seated meal in the Crescent Garden surrounding the fountain. There are several possibilities available for your upcoming gathering at the Governor Thomas Bennett House. The House is situated in the heart of the downtown area, a short distance away from the majority of the city's main hotels, convention centers, and points of interest. Our conference room has recently undergone renovations, and as a result, it now offers a meeting space that is both historic and distinctive. The Bennett House Conference Room is found on the ground level right off the courtyard, and it provides a quiet area for your board or committee to meet with a group capacity of up to 24 persons. A wireless and audiovisual connection, facilities that are accessible to people with disabilities, and complimentary parking close to the House provide the ideal environment for meeting the requirements of your group or organization to the fullest extent. The House, the Piazza, and the Courtyard all offer separate areas that may be used for meals and receptions respectively.

It originated from the wish to establish a productive space for the mobile workers who live and operate within our densely populated and rapidly expanding community. The office and co-working space was purposefully designed to inspire and connect people, making it an ideal setting for the hard-working minds that are concentrated in our enormously influential region. We are the type of self-employed individuals who are looking for a reasonable office space. The rapidly expanding team of a startup that is not quite ready to move into a corporate office. The person who believes they can "work from home" but finds out there is no such thing in reality. The real estate agent, attorney, or business networker who requires executive office services. Do you require a large amount of space for the event? The Exchange is more than 5,000 square feet in size and features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a grand fireplace, beautiful porches, and a variety of other amenities. When you combine that with dressing rooms, a kitchen, a wet bar, and parking, you have everything you need to host a wedding, a business event, or a private party in the near future.

Weddings and other significant life events can be hosted at the historic Union Station building, which is situated in the heart of downtown Charleston, South Carolina. As two families come together, this open warehouse property works well for both large and small gatherings to celebrate the occasion. This venue is able to host a wide variety of events, from small, private ceremonies to elaborate, ballroom-style receptions. The Union Station is a venue for events that is approximately 7,500 square feet in size and has two event spaces. A cocktail hour would be a wonderful event to host in the bar room's splendid space. About the Client Jeff was born and raised right here in Charleston. He decided to make the move to Awendaw when he found a dream piece of property that came on the market back in 2018. Jeff spent 10 long months working to get the place the way he always pictured it could be. Since moving in late 2019, him and his 2 dogs (Gamble & Gus) have loved every minute of it! Everyone that steps foot onto the property, can picture the property as a great location for your special day, for those who love the lowcountry scenery and a good river breeze. Even Jim and his fiance, Jill, plan to do just that in 2022! The property being 8 acres and a 2500 square ft wrap around porch, it makes for the ultimate sunset location over the Wando River. For those who truly love the outdoors as much as Jeff and his dogs do, we know you’ll enjoy your day here at The Huntington! Story of the Logo Jeff has such a love for his two dogs, Gamble & Gus. Gamble is an older yellow lab and Gus is a young German Shepard. As much as he takes pride in his property, he loves to show off his dogs! We thought what better way to make this place truly his by making them a huge part of it.
