The City That Never Sleeps is home to five distinct boroughs, and plenty more one-of-a-kind neighborhoods with their own aesthetics and charms. Moreover, with so many cultural activities and premier dining spots at hand, guests will be thrilled to extend their stay and take advantage of everything this dynamic city has to offer.

New York boasts some of the most luxurious and historic hotels in the country, including The Plaza New York; The Pierre, A Taj Hotel, New York; Hotel Chelsea; and more. These world-class hotels feature stunning ballrooms with grand architectural details and premier service. Of course, New York is also home to impressive historical buildings that double as wedding venues. 620 Loft & Garden overlooks the awe-inspiring St. Patrick’s Cathedral, while Carnegie Hall pairs historical fixtures with dramatic windows overlooking Central Park.

New York isn’t just for history buffs, however. Couples seeking a modern aesthetic will fall in love with venues like Rainbow Room, a contemporary space perched 65 stories above the landmark Rockefeller Center. The Glasshouse, a modern blank canvas, also attracts hundreds of couples with its countless configuration possibilities and advanced amenities.

We can’t talk about New York without also mentioning the delectable private dining spots that also serve as beautiful wedding venues. From City Winery NYC - Pier 57 to Bryant Park Grill, there are countless food-forward venues that cater to couples and their families.

The city itself might be overwhelming, but planning a wedding there doesn’t have to be. Use PartySlate’s curated directory, along with the search filters, to find your ideal wedding venue in New York City. Look for the “featured” tags to learn more about PartySlate’s top recommendations, and make sure to click into a venue’s PartySlate profile to see real events hosted at their site. The Renaissance Revival-style building, which stands five stories tall, was designed by William C. Frohne and completed in 1896. It is a rare surviving example of the numerous social halls constructed in the nineteenth century for the immigrant and ethnic communities of New York City. Over the course of more than a century, the Bohemian National Hall (Czech National Hall, also known as the Czech National Hall) has served as an important center for Czech and Slovak culture in New York City. For more than a decade, it has served as a focal point for its community, providing ethnic food, Czech language and history classes, and space for its large community to gather and hold various events. Over the course of more than a century, the Bohemian National Hall has established itself as a significant center for Czech and Slovak culture in New York. For more than a decade, it has served as a focal point for its community, providing ethnic food, Czech language and history classes, and space for its large community to gather and hold various events. Currently, the Bohemian National Hall serves as a poignant reminder of the once-vibrant working-class ethnic enclave that once existed in Yorkville, as well as a monument to an important chapter in the history of immigrants in New York City and the United States. The Czech Republic acquired ownership of the Bohemian National Hall in 2001 when the Bohemian Benevolent & Literary Association (BBLA) transferred ownership to the government of the Czech Republic. In order to emphasize the building's ties to the Czech Republic, it is now housed in the same building as the Consulate General and the Czech Cultural Center. The BBLA takes up the entire third floor of the building.

The restaurant features an inviting bar, an airy conservatory, and an open dining area. The space is accentuated with custom light fixtures, wine cabinets that go from floor to ceiling, and one-of-a-kind vintage accents. In addition, the restaurants have separate areas that are designated for special functions. A one-of-a-kind and eclectic atmosphere is achieved throughout the restaurant by using elements such as plush banquettes, zinc tabletops, hand-painted art features, and discovered things. Quality Bistro is a lively steak-centric bistro located in the middle of Manhattan, and it has two unique private event spaces that can be booked for parties and other gatherings. The modern brasserie environment was designed by founder Michael Stillman in collaboration with longstanding design colleagues AvroKO, who were responsible for the warm textured accents. The private event rooms have an open and spacious vibe thanks to the high ceilings and arched windows. These spaces also include bespoke light fixtures and vast flora arrangements. The rooms are appropriate for a broad variety of event types, including seated dinners, cocktail receptions, business meetings, and social gatherings. The menu at Quality Bistro features innovative and tasty spins on bistro standards like Crabcake Paillard, Chateaubriand au Poivre for Two, and Poussin Pressé with Lemon-Charred Herbs, in addition to a selection of mouthwatering seafood alternatives. THREE REMARKABLE EVENT VENUES. ONE AMAZING LOCATION. Built in 1906 by Oscar Hammerstein, and meticulously and majestically restored over the years, The Hammerstein Ballroom is New York’s premier choice for event planners seeking the spectacular. With a 75-foot hand-painted ceiling, all events reach new heights within The Hammerstein Ballroom. Practical as it is beautiful, the ceiling features numerous rigging points for production lighting, sound or set design. At Manhattan Center, we don’t believe one premier event space is enough. So we offer three: The Hammerstein Ballroom, The Grand Ballroom and The Bank. Putting aside the richly restored period architecture, and natural acoustics that renowned performers have called the “best in the world”, the venues’ spacious dimensions allow for guest lists ranging from 400 to 3,500; while featuring extensive dressing rooms, private salons and opera boxes. All this comes with the most convenient location in New York: 34th Street and 8th Avenue. Within its nearly one-city-block configuration, the Manhattan Center offers something more than two premier New York event locations. Directly connected to The Hammerstein Ballroom and The Grand Ballroom is the historic New Yorker hotel. Built during the Jazz Age, this iconic hotel has dazzled visitors with its Art Deco décor, exceptional service and superb location in Midtown West for generations. Owned and operated by the Manhattan Center, The New Yorker, with more than 1,000 rooms restored in period style, is an elegant establishment that is perfect for guests attending corporate events, tradeshows, fashion shows, new-product launches, or whatever function you or your company choose to hold. Whatever it may be, you will be comfortable and confident in the knowledge that The Hammerstein Ballroom and The Grand Ballroom are widely considered the two best venues and event spaces in New York. The New Yorker, a Wyndham hotel, is also ready, and more than able, to host a wide array of meetings, conferences or corporate gatherings. From the most intimate retreat, to a grand gala, The New Yorker team provides a full range of all-inclusive customizable meeting packages to meet your every need — from budget to full-blown The New Yorker delivers excellence on every service level. Featuring The Grand for stunning large-scale receptions, and our Sky Lounge perched 39 stories above the streets of Manhattan for more personal events, The New Yorker hotel stands above the rest. Located a block from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, and just minutes from Times Square, the Jacob Javits Center and the Empire State building, The New Yorker isn’t simply central to New York. It is New York.

The Metropolitan Building in New York City is the location of the wedding. Getting Married at the Metropolitan Building in Long Island City – This location is magical. From the outside, it appears to be a typical brown stone factory building in the middle of the old and industrial part of LIC, Queens, which is typical of many places in New York City. When you walk through the door, you are transported to another century. Very vintage in appearance, and you can only imagine how many stories this wedding venue could have to tell given its over 100-year existence. Furthermore, celebrating the wedding of Yvonne and Jack with family and friends in this magnificent building was a perfect fit. We started early to make the most of the many floors that this wedding venue had to offer, giddy with anticipation for the big day to finally arrive. The main (2nd Floor) is a beautiful setting for your wedding reception, ceremony, and even dinner, depending on the size of your wedding reception party. The entire space is ethereal, filled with earthy colors and brick walls, as well as gorgeous wooden floors. From the windows, you can see the Queensboro Bridge, which gives you the impression that you are right in the heart of New York City. The third floor is a photographer's dream come true. A floor covered in antiques, mirrors, and props, which contributes to the creation of a very special vintage atmosphere for wedding photographs. There is also a piano, a red room for the bride to get ready in, and a large amount of space for couple portraits as well as large groups and family portraits to be taken on location.

632 On Hudson is a haven away from the frantic energy of a typical New York events venue in the west village. Not so much a venue in the traditional sense as a private residence that can be made accessible to others for their own extremely special occasions. Film and picture shoots, weddings, rehearsal dinners, wine and culinary events, anniversaries, product launches, corporate receptions, editor events, holiday parties, and other personal festivities of all kinds are all possible at this location. This private hidden gem - a townhouse with 9,000 square feet of indoor space and a 1,500 square foot decked rooftop garden - is located on a quiet stretch of Hudson Street where the Far West Village and the Meat Packing District cross. It is a fantastic venue to organize a celebration because it specializes in smaller, more intimate events that are tailored to the client's specific demands and create the unique mood desired for each event.

In addition to being stunningly beautiful and modern, it is also daring in its own right. First and foremost, fusion cuisine blends seamlessly with the most recent gastronomic trends, and the best natural products are elevated to the level of internationally recognized specialties. Each dish on the Encore menu is the culmination of years of effort, gastronomic explorations, and a reverence for the culinary traditions. No matter what your expectations are, Encore, Brooklyn's largest restaurant with the friendliest atmosphere, is waiting to exceed them. Appetizers to die for, seductively sizzling sausages, succulent chickens, tender shrimp, juicy steaks, and much more are available at the restaurant. At a young age, I was inspired to pursue a career in the culinary arts. When I first arrived in the United States, I enrolled in courses in hotel and restaurant management at New York Technical College. The opportunity to work in France, at the prestigious Hotel de France, presented itself to me in 1998. Later, I made my way into the New York City restaurant industry, where I worked as a pastry chef at the Russian Tea Room. I was awarded two gold medals by the Societe Culinaire Philanthropique's Salon of Culinary Art for my work in the kitchen. Having worked at places such as the Glen Oaks Country Club, City Hall, La Grenouille, and Gascogne Bistro, I decided to branch out and open my own restaurant on Staten Island in 2007. Over the course of seven years, the Alor Cafe has evolved into a fine dining and music venue. Today, I am the proud father of three children, and I live in Brooklyn with my wife. As a business owner, I take pleasure in giving back to my community. I also appreciate that Staten Island's accessibility allows for affordable ownership while still remaining connected to the city's energy. I recently ended my relationship with my long-term partner, but I'm ready to move on to the next phase. My current project is the "Better Burger" Project for the Chefs of America Foundation, on which I am currently working as a member. I've taken on this responsibility with the goal of demonstrating to the Staten Island community that eating healthy, sustainable foods is a wise choice and that this is the direction in which the restaurant market is moving.
