    Nestled on 120 acres of preserved farmland in New York's upper Hudson River Valley, Historic Barns of Nipmoose is a restored agricultural compound built around three timber-framed barns — the Scottish Barn, the German Barn, and the Corn Crib. The property, owned by The Persistence Foundation, takes its name from Nipmoose Creek, which runs along the farm's border, and is managed as working conservation land cultivated by a local farm family. The Scottish Barn spans 1,800 square feet and accommodates up to 180 seated or 230 standing guests; the German Barn, at 1,380 square feet, seats up to 106 or holds 150 for a cocktail reception.     Zugibe Vineyards is a family-owned winery set on the northeastern shore of Seneca Lake in Geneva, New York, where the vineyard's hillside overlooks the water and the surrounding grounds. The Zugibe family planted their first vines in 2005 on some of the region's most premium soil, expanding to forty acres and eleven grape varieties that today include Riesling, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Grüner Veltliner. The tasting room opened in 2009 and is anchored by a distinctive black walnut bar crafted from wood harvested on the property. A multi-generational operation led by winemaker Frederick T. Zugibe III and vineyard manager Sean Zugibe, the winery has built its "Wine With A View" identity around the sweeping sunset views for which it is known. For weddings and private events, the vineyard offers an open white tent that seats up to 150 guests, set among farm tables, bistro lights, and views across the vineyard to Seneca Lake.
