Magnolias and live oaks tower over the grounds, including an extensive back lawn and side gardens, while pergolas, a gazebo, and a fountain garden give planners several distinct backdrops for ceremonies and receptions. The back lawn, lined with magnolia trees, accommodates outdoor events up to 400 guests, with a sunken patio offering recessed lighting and electricity for evening celebrations. A fountain garden provides seating beneath live oak trees, and a covered gazebo offers a sheltered garden setting. A renovated basement area adds restrooms, water fountains, and a private lounge and changing suite, and a restored mid-1800s arboretum with paved walking paths runs through the property.
