Oxford Farm is a 180-acre working horse farm in Anderson, South Carolina, set among rolling pastures and wooded trails just minutes from Interstate 85. In addition to boarding, lessons, and overnight accommodations for horses and their owners, the farm hosts weddings and special events in its rustic outdoor setting. Oxford Farm welcomes weddings, bridal and baby showers, family reunions, company functions, conferences, team-building gatherings, and music festivals, with capacity for up to 200 guests. Event packages range from a simple day-use rental to a full-service option that includes an on-site wedding professional who helps plan and budget the event and directs the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. Couples may also schedule photo sessions on the grounds ahead of their ceremony date at no extra charge, with the farm's horses sometimes wandering into the shots. The farm is also home to Mane Solutions, a therapeutic riding program, and offers on-site lodging through the Guest Cottage and the Lodge for guests attending an event or traveling through the area.

Scott Shor had the foresight to bring these often-separate interests together under one roof without compromising any of their excellence. The restaurant provides customers with a friendly and interesting dining experience by serving an excellent but approachable menu. Executive Chef Bob Cook's menu includes bar appetizers, house-made charcuterie, small dishes, heartier meals, and modernized versions of classic desserts. The food is genuine and unpretentious, resulting in an unforgettable dining experience inspired by the beverages on the menu. The Library is a secluded, intimate rectangular area located near the main dining room's kitchen. It can easily seat 32 people and can hold up to 45 people standing. The Library includes a wall of windows with velvet curtains that may be drawn to provide as much or as little seclusion as desired. The Library is the only event area with a television screen and audiovisual capabilities, making it perfect for business meetings. Private dinners, happy hours, bridal/baby showers, lectures, wine/beer tastings, and more can all be held in this area. This open timber-framed structure is the perfect setting for a wide range of events and celebrations. For seated dinners of up to 100 persons, long wooden community tables are available. The space is also great for parties and activities that can spill over onto the courtyard. Up to 200 persons can stand throughout the full space. The Bower is an extremely versatile venue that can accommodate events ranging from a corporate happy hour to a 100-person seated dinner to a frenetic dance floor. For hot days, there are fans, and for winter evenings, there are industrial ceiling heaters. Optional screens are available on both sides of The Bower for seclusion and intimacy. A full walkup bar is included in the Bower. When you rent out the entire restaurant, you get all of the rooms. It provides for a decent cocktail hour outside before guests arrive for dinner for rehearsal dinners. It also allows up to 300 people to enjoy live music, order beverages from either bar, watch the sun set in the courtyard, or visit the Library room's bourbon bar. There is plenty of parking on-site.

The mansion, which was built in 1940, previously belonged to a notable Moncks Corner family. It is now a popular setting for anything from wedding showers to the main event, thanks to Mary Wilson's artistic abilities. Perfect for the wedding you've always wanted. The property has a lovely front yard and huge rooms that can accommodate everything from a small gathering to a large gathering. A gorgeous opulent bridal suite, groom's room, and private room for the first look or meeting the special someone who will guide you down the aisle are all located upstairs. Conversational seating, a wood-burning fireplace, a bar, and exquisite lighting can be found outside in the open-air Pavilion. The lovely wedding gardens are reached by a wooden walkway. Our onsite team has years of expertise making your big day appear stress-free. Wedding planners, day-of coordinators, florals, and designers are all part of the A-Team. You'll have everything you need for your big day. Once home to the Sterling Garden Center, the property today comprises three distinct event buildings — The Hall, 300 Senate, and 302 Senate — alongside two adjacent outdoor wedding gardens with cobblestone aisles and a forest backdrop. Each building opens onto its own deck or patio, giving couples the option of an indoor/outdoor ceremony and reception experience, and bridal packages are available for those pairing an outdoor wedding with an indoor reception. Dupre Catering & Events provides exclusive, in-house full-service catering for every venue on the property, supplying food, drinks, bar service, tables, chairs, and servers as part of the planning. Dupre Catering itself was established in 1989 by Columbia native Dupre Percival, who built the business around his passion for food and hospitality before expanding it into the Senate's End venue campus. With its breathtaking views of the Charleston skyline and harbor, it's an excellent choice for couples who want an elegant wedding with an outdoor ceremony on the water at the Charleston Harbor Hotel. Inside, the contemporary building boasts marble accents, sophisticated lighting, and panoramic views of the Ravenel Bridge, which is a landmark in the city. With four waterfront ceremony locations and a banquet facility with ample space for dancing, cocktails, and conversation, Harborside can accommodate weddings of all sizes. Your guests will be able to enjoy drinks while taking in the views of the harbor from the stainless steel indoor and outdoor bars. The banquet hall is made more spacious by the use of floor-to-ceiling glass windows. After 11 p.m., all amplified music must be turned off in public places. After 9 p.m., all outdoor amplified music must be turned off. If necessary, we can close off a portion of our patio with exterior flaps that can be lowered from the outside. It is necessary to have a LICENSED day of event coordinator. Neither a member of the wedding party nor a guest at the wedding may be this individual. A month before the event, they must provide a copy of their driver's license and meet with the venue manager to sign our coordinator agreement. Requests for recommendations for coordinators will be gladly accommodated by the venue. The host is required to provide Harborside with a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $500,000 (minimum), with Harborside East named as an additional insured party on the policy.

Historic Ballenger House is a circa-1925 residence in historic downtown Seneca, South Carolina, recognized as a site on the South Carolina National Heritage Corridor. Built by Grady Woodfin and Eleanor Ballenger, the home stayed in the family until 1979, when their son donated it to the newly formed Seneca Woman's Club, which has owned and maintained it ever since. The main-floor Magnolia Room seats up to 48 guests and suits weddings, receptions, meetings, and fundraisers, while an upstairs conference room, converted from a bedroom in 2019, accommodates 10 to 12 for smaller gatherings. Both spaces come with audiovisual equipment and complimentary internet access included in the rental. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Seneca Woman's Club sustains the property through membership, rentals, and fundraising, directing a portion of rental proceeds toward scholarships for local high school students.
