Chateau Bellevue is a Victorian-era mansion in downtown Austin, built in 1874 and expanded in 1892 under owner Major Ira Hobart Evans, a Union Army veteran and the youngest Speaker of the Texas House of Representatives. Its stained glass windows and intricate wooden detailing make it one of the last remaining examples of Victorian architecture in the city, and it holds both Texas Historic Landmark (1965) and City of Austin Historic Landmark (1974) status. The venue has been owned and operated by the Austin Woman's Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, since 1929. The mansion offers a sequence of spaces for weddings and private events, from the Grand Entryway Foyer with its stained glass and hand-carved woodwork to the Grand Ballroom, which seats up to 175 guests beneath hardwood flooring and a raised stage for a band or DJ. Outdoors, the brick Ceremony Courtyard seats up to 165 guests facing its magnolia tree, or up to 150 facing the Chateau itself, with an adjoining terrace suited to cocktail hour. Weddings and special events are held at Deerfield Estates, a leading wedding and special events site in Waco, Texas. originally a timber frame barn from Newton, Pennsylvania built in the 1840s and now a lovely and unique special event space, encircled by a ceremony rose garden and nestled amongst native Texas trees in a park-like setting, this historic legacy has been lovingly restored. Deerfield is a location. Located 10 miles north of Waco and Baylor University, Deerfield Venue is a historic timber frame outstanding wedding and event location intended to accommodate the C-suite and wedding parties. Spring Lake Road and Deerfield Drive, where the 5000 sq. ft. project is located, are bordered by magnificent rose gardens and are situated in a parklike setting of native Texas trees and foliage, which creates a parklike atmosphere for visitors. In addition to wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate meetings/events and family reunions, galas, fundraisers, product launches and holiday parties can all be held at Deerfield Venue, which can be changed in a variety of ways. It is believed that the ancient timber frame was initially handcrafted in the 1840s in Newtown, a community in northeastern Pennsylvania.

Perched on a bluff above the Colorado River in Bastrop, Texas, The Mansion at ColoVista is a destination wedding venue about 25 minutes from Austin's airport. The 17,000-square-foot estate sits on a golf course property, giving couples river views and sunset backdrops for ceremonies and portraits. The mansion's interior seats up to 250 to 275 guests for a peak dinner reception, with additional outdoor dinner seating available to expand guest counts further. Moon Flower Hill is a 15-acre private estate above Lake Travis in Volente, Texas, about 30 minutes northwest of downtown Austin. The property is built around its ancient oak groves, with Luna Manor, the Pavilion, and the Veranda all sited beneath the canopy, alongside rolling lawns and a Lake Travis overlook. The estate hosts one event at a time, so a couple or planner books exclusive use of all 15 acres rather than sharing the grounds with another event. Luna Manor, a 6,000-square-foot mansion, seats 90 guests indoors, while the 3,600-square-foot Pavilion seats up to 250 and doubles as a rain-plan backup for outdoor ceremonies. The Neill-Cochran House Museum is an 1856 Greek Revival mansion built by local builder Abner Cook, standing as one of Austin's oldest residences. Owned and operated by the National Society of the Colonial Dames of America in Texas since 1958, the museum preserves more than a century of Austin history — from its years as a school for the Blind and a Civil War-era hospital to four generations of the Cochran family's residence — and is home to the only intact slave quarters still standing in the city. Built in the early 1900s by Gustave Fritz and Huldah Schreiner, the three-story mansion was once the center of the area's social life, and it has hosted family celebrations for more than a century, with many families returning generation after generation. The mansion's upper floors offer private space for a wedding party to get ready before descending the antique staircase to guests gathered below. The Caswell House is a limestone mansion built circa 1899 in downtown Austin, one of three neighboring houses designed by architect A.O. Watson in a mix of Gothic, Chateauesque, and Renaissance styles. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a Texas Historic Landmark, the house sits at the corner of 15th Street and West Avenue and is owned and operated by the Austin Junior Forum, a nonprofit whose rental proceeds fund community grants.
